Assuming I agree with your basic premises and we agree that there are 3,000,000 fuckable 20-24 year olds in the country, why don't you just state that roughly 1% of the general population is a fuckable 20-24 year old. I've thought about this a lot, and here's my take. We can estimate the "eligible" population of women on SA as:

Take the local population of your town and divide by two to get the women.
Take that number and divide by two to get (kinda sorta, this is a rough estimate) the number of 18-35 year olds.
Now see how many hits you get on SA using nothing but an 18-35 year old age filter.

Compare the two numbers, eligible women, and women on SA.

In my small-ish (and rather conservative, with a large Catholic population) town I find that 1% of eligible women are on SA.

That number seems to be a floor, because when I run the same calculation for the nearby "big city", it's about 1.5%, but there are two universities there. In other cases, of bigger, more progressive metropolitan areas, the percentage is bigger, maybe 2+%. And since the populations are larger, this is a HUGE number of women.

Not only does this mean that any halfway serious, halfway competent (and especially "non-asshole") SD will never lack for pussy, but it also means something much more profound.

This 1% is really 1% at any given time, so the number of 18-35 year old women who are on SA at SOME TIME is bigger than 1%. It might be 5-10%! I live in a top ten MSA.  The political climate is progressive and there are roughly 4 major universities and several additional smaller colleges.  This explains why there are on average 12 to 15 new SB's joining SA daily.  However, this number is low as it actually represents only those that pass my age, body size, education filters and geography filters.  Therefore the actual number of new daily potential targets is significantly larger.
