Well, to say it's been interesting would be an understatement by a lot.

I’ve found that most lie about their age and weight. I had two recent SBs claim they were 24 and let slip that they were 28, like it really makes a difference? Even more common is underestimating their weight, sometimes significantly.

I’m also new in the sugar bowl. Here’s my first experience.... I found one stunningly beautiful blonde but she asked for 700/hr with 2 hr min. I politely declined and she was very nice about it and wished me good luck. The next one was a cute mixed race girl who had a very intriguing profile. We exchanged several messages before she stated her price was 400. When I tried to negotiate that down to 300 she became very hostile and said she normally gets 900/hr. Now I know that’s BS because even the pros here are only 300. Plus she was no where near the level of the first blonde. But why get so hostile, so I had to block her.

With the rare exception, I always: add +2 dress sizes, for the older ones +5 years, for photos  -5 years.
What I don't like is when they forget they have a kiddo at home or a dominant girl/boyfriend/husband who is loaning them out for the evening.

So far the Vegas pro at 500 looks best. She's older but definitely fitter.

Full Body pic is a great idea.  I met one SB who looked great on her profile..full breasts which I like and even had a relatively shapely torso/stomach.  When we met in person though waist down was just way too big for me.  I hadn't paid enough attention.  All the pictures on her profile ended at the waist!

SB women in their late 20s and up are definitely easier to deal with. They may not have to lovely young virginal figures of teens and near-teens. However, they are more relaxed, better in bed, and offer up much less drama and immaturity than the young ones.

I have found 23 to be the ideal SB age; teenagers, though fun, are skittish and inexperienced,
under drinking age can be inconvenient, and there seems to be a slight worldliness that creeps in to leaven the unbridled enthusiasm, as well as more experience with men (learning to tell the good ones from the bad apples) which is a good thing in my case.
Much over 23, the weight of their responsibilities, plus an accumulation of bad relationships, often leaves a trail of mistrust and bitterness; perhaps irrelevant, if you just want to pump and dump, but to develop a deeper intimacy more emotional pliability is helpful.

Actually some of the most appreciative SB's I have been with have been in the 26-30 range, just coming out of bad relationships and very sexually frustrated. Agreed on the main point though; we each have our own sweet spot of age versus sugar versus type of interaction.

This is probably the most subjective part of the SD world so I think it's useless to try to define a "standard" sweet spot or a predictable model.  The only real indicator is how hard your dick gets when you think about BCD with a specific SB. I have zero interest in BCD with any SB over 40 or even 35. I've tried meet & greets and they all ended with me running, not walking, away.  I have almost  the same poor success with single-mothers, especially over 28. The ones I've met made it way too clear that they are only looking for Baby's ATM.  Add to that their challenge in extended travel, typically post-baby baggy bodies (not all. but many), and their tendency to toss over random asks for $$$ for the kid (medical, clothes, sitter, birthday, legal, etc.) without even offering sugar and I'm just not going there again.  Don't get me wrong, please. I think a single mother MUST put their kid(s) as their top priority. That's part of being a good parent. But I have no intention of paying for some other dick's "issue" (pun intended).

For me, I've had the most success with 24-28 year olds, mostly black, Latina and white in that order. What I'd really like though is to penetrate (pun intended again) the 18-21 yea old petite Asian SB space. This has proven a challenge for me in my area (North Los Angeles County) perhaps due to lack of SB's in proximity, competition with bigger wallets, some sort of cultural issues (not a taboo against p4p, but a taboo for p4p for less than insane [over $500] amounts of sugar), or too much fat/age on me. Or, I suppose some mix of any/all of these.

Previous posts have addressed the other side of the equation - number of POT SB's by age/type that contact or converse with SD's in their area.  But at the end of the day, the math really looks more like calculating batting averages than scoring school tests. If you are batting .302 you are a  major league hitter. But if your test score is 30.2% correct, you flunk.
