While I do not have ED, I do like to pop a Cialis before a date because of the "man of steel" effect and the numbing that allows for long periods of activity before ejaculation. A have noticed an odd result if there is long foreplay (a one cup encounter). I am actually able to come twice about a minute apart. The first time I was doing CIM and I came vigorously. The lady started to get up but I told her to stay put, I wasn't done. She gave me an odd look but swallowed and went right back down. About another minute later I came again, more violently and plentifully than the first time. This has happened several times since with the most recent being yesterday. Well, not really, but...since you don't have "diagnosable" ED, perhaps this is what Cialis does to you. Nitric oxide meds have different effects on different people. Some see blue flashes, some have gone blind, and you...well, you're the bang-bang runaway train!

I still wouldn't recommend that non-clinical individuals go off and experiment with these substances. They ARE drugs, and some men can really get adverse reactions.

Forgive me, but I do not want to post my handle to 'protect' my most valued favorite ladies.  If they read this, they might suspect who is writing, however I choose not to put myself out publicly in this forum..... but I digress.....

I do not pop anything prior to an appointment ( except an occasional asprin) and I am able to cum multiple times.  Granted sometimes it is more of a 'dry' cum..especially after we've been at it for a while,  but an orgasm none the less.

But it is also very often that I cum more than once only a minute or two apart with equal amounts of volume.  I enjoyed the look of my favorite provider when we had a wonderful overnight session and in the morning we were at it again and enjoyed an explosive CIM, went right to some serious fucking, and I came on her stomach about a minute after.... she seem so proud and happy.....! Yes, this can be quite surprising, to both parties.

Onceaweek, you might try cutting down your dosage of Cialis, and then see if, in fact, you don't still produce much of the same behavior.

In my younger days I would be able to cum again very quickly as is being described and then a third within 10-15 minutes and would not go soft as long as I was in the act.

With some years and poundes added ... that ability faded until Cialis.  That drug is amazing for me. It works as quickly as 15 minutes and lasts for a day to day and half.  If I take one daily Friday, Sat, Sun, I'm a teenager all over again and can cum 4-5 times during a two hour session.  The makers make no claim that Cialis will have such an effect on ability to ejaculate or the volume if you do, but as personal witness, that stuff rocks and Johnson don't leave the fly without it!

I will add that what makes it possible is the continued action of fu*king or BJ  meaning not stopping after the 1st, but just plowing right thru the first. When I do this the volume and physical sensation of my second climax is huge whereas the first is typically much less.
