Seems like TER was out of service for a while yesterday.  I logged on today intending to reply to a post Herb made about an unusual increase in activity he noticed, but could not find the post.  I guess some things got lost.  But anyway, after a rather dry month of not getting many replies on SA let alone any M&Gs or new BCDs, I suddenly am getting deluged! Many unsolicited messages, favorites, and even a couple of new texts from some I'd given up on.  I think I have about 10 conversations going at once right now, way more than ever before, and I gotta be real careful not to get confused.  I have several M&Gs scheduled, and 2 who say they want to dispense with the coffee date and go BCD immediately, on top of dates this week with my two regulars.  I have zero clue why this is happening since I have not changed my profile or my approach at all. Some new virus making everyone horny?

I was watching the outage as well.  TER was down for perhaps 6-10 hours.   When the site was restored, I noticed that posts from the last 3 days disappeared.  My guess; this was a severe hardware issue (server crash or hard drive) and recent data was lost. So the question is how well TER backs up data. They probably restored from the last full back up (presumably from three days ago) and may now be trying to restore the newer data.

There's at least one post from yesterday now on the GD Board.

... between Nov 12 and 14 are showing. And they don't appear in the "My Board Posts" menu in My TER area either.  

I think hobbying is picking up a bit too. This may be a seasonal thing as gals raise funds for the holidays, or it may be a bit more emergence from covid.
I wouldn't say prices are going down. A lot of indy girls have jacked up rates to crazy levels. Bu the gencies are largely holding the line and you're seeing a few more reasonably priced gals touring.

Girls take off a little (fall break) after the start of the school year’s tuition is met, but holiday season means their sugar needs are back up!
