These generally turn out to have three sources:  
1. A long-time serial SB who came back to the site after a hiatus to find a replacement SD and she (and I) forgot we had spoken the past. I usually gently remind them and lightly probe her to see if she's modified her asks in my favor. Rarely works, of course.  
2. The POT is really a scammer working at a scam factory. Your profile was assigned to a new scam worker and s(he) just ran the same script from page one.  In this case, you may have an agreement under your 1st suggested terms, but beware that may be quickly followed up with an attempt to spring the trap through cash advance requests, or the like.  
3. Drugs, pimp, and/or just desperate.

Im just tired of the chase. Asian agencies and spas are cheaper and generally know what they're doing. I had  good run with the one lady but have yet to meet a SB that actually wanted to do things in public.

I'm ok with all scenarios, as long as we have discussed and agreed on rules and comfort levels. But I find that the less an SB wants to be seen outside of BCD, the shorter the arrangement will be.  To be fair, I am old, fat and somewhat ugly - so really can't blame them for prioritizing the cash over luxury or fun life experiences.
