One question:

You mention that the bowels should be evacuated "at least one hour" before activites.  For how long a period after that one hour are things safe?

Too many guys who have been indoctrinated by porn think that you just stick it in and go to town. They don't see all the prep that goes into an anal scene.  They also think it's ok to just go for a woman's ass without making sure that she's a willing participant.
