She lives kind of far from me and to spend as much time as possible with her, I plan on sending a Lyft to pick her up and bring her to me for our dates. My question is, if I send a Lyft to pick her up, will it give her any personal information about me? I still want to be my alias with her as long as possible.

The Lyft is to a hotel. I'm married, so having some one over to my house would be fatal in many ways, irrespective of whether she looks up the county records. My friends would have to look up my Obituary records in that case

I've sent Uber does girls many times without issues.

One of my employees gets his side hustle on and is an Uber and Lyft driver.  It would be just my luck he would get the call.  I’ll pick them up if needed.
