Two of my pre-pandemic SBs came back into my life and my bed in the past 4 days, so I'm a happy camper. The PYT  I played with today has 2 profiles up on SA: one she created in 2019, the other she created in 2020.  They are both visible when I log on, no problem.  But she says she is locked out of her profiles and can't access them or the message threads attached to them.  Any idea how or why this would be and what she can do to regain access? She's planning on creating a new account, which is fine, but it's still a puzzle I'd like to solve.

Perhaps it's one of these reasons:  

 
1. Her profiles went un-accessed for too long and SA marked them dormant.  
2. She may have locked the accounts with too many incorrect log in attempts (using a bad password).
3. She did something that violated SA TOS, or was reported for same and she did not get, or missed the notice from SA.

 
Has she tried using the Help Center (link attached)?
