So me thinks she is more pro than SB. So she wants to meet and I asked her what are you seeking in an arrangement. She said "400 roses hr, 250 roses hhr". Lol

And then I  got a message from a SB that Im 99% certain is a pro I saw once before. I'd be interested but she isnt my type.

I find it refreshing when a SB is upfront about wanting p4p, regardless of whether she thinks of herself as a pro or not.  But yeah, talking about roses is giveaway number one and talking about any rate "per hour" is giveaway number two. I'd tell her she's only going to command 400 roses per hour if she's a well reviewed pro on TER and then offer to review her and set up her TER profile for free in exchange for a date!

Hell, roses cost about $20 per dozen. Doing the math on that brings the cost of those roses to about $650, unless of course you can find some cheap shiitty ones, or if you have your own rose garden. Cash is always best. LOL!
