If she is self-conscious about herself or if she feels pressured or weird about you pushing her towards other guys, she may get turned off by you and end the relationship. Imo you should make it a very light-hearted fun conversation about a fantasy you have about her and see how she responds. It could take weeks or months to lay the groundwork for something like this if it's not something she would normally seek out in her own. The hard sell is NOT the move here and she will resent you for it if you do.

 Make it about the fantasy and not that she's not enough for you by herself and give her some time to warm up to the idea. If you play the long game, it may work out for you. Also be careful though, because once you open the door for other guys, YOU may be the one who is not enough for HER, so think carefully and be careful what you wish for.

The only level you should take it to next is to find out if it appeals to her. If it does, then you can talk about making fantasies come true. If not, drop it.
