I've been having quite a few sexual fantasies regarding my new therapist, who happens to be a very attractive woman in her late 30s.

I know that having a sexual relationship with a therapist is not advised, and even illegal should the person be licensed (She is not.); but how about in a P4P sense, especially if the person's practice is as a tantrika (Which she used to be, in fact.)

Now, there is little chance of any serious body work going on as she is set to travel halfway around the world in a few weeks, but I'm wondering if whethermt  engaging in fantasies about having sex with her is counterproductive, or just a harmless lark.

Anything studies or personal experience with this?

This person just oozes dharma, which I find very attractive.

Perhaps this would better be a queston put directly to her, or would that be a complication too?

Unless, the "big head" is already south of your belly button. EOM...

Well mrfisher,

You answered your own question - she is not licensed. I don't consider tantrikas or any other unlicensed individuals in the same category as licensed mental health professionals who have sat through grueling exams in front of various state behavioral boards in the same category, nor does the state or federal government.

Hence, you and she are on your own. She couldn't even get mental health malpractice insurance, so no one really cares. Is engaging in fantasies about her counterproductive? Have no idea. Try it and see.

Unlicensed, untroubled,
