Although some of the ladies are on different sides of the country and in many cases are not on the same continent.....is it possible that we all have the same hormonal rhythm?
I have been on a hormonal rampage for the last 48 hours, and have noticed I am NOT ALONE. Is it possible that because the ladies spend so much time together, albeit virtual, that our cycles have synched?
I have a nice cyclopes of a zit in the center of my forehead, a migraine, I cannot eat enough, and I have spent a small fortune on pepsi, chips, and ice cream, and 4 of my provider friends are on their monthly week off due to their periods.
Due to medical reasons, I no longer have a period, but I do have PMS.
Am I imagining this? or is it possible we spend so much time together our hormones have synched?

Menstrual cycle synchronisation occurs if women are in close physical proximity to one another AND if they are ovulating naturally, i.e. not on any chemical birth control that disrupts this process.
On the other hand, ever heard of lunar cycles? Yep. In healthy women, their menstrual cycles are indeed tethered to the moon. Menses - month - moon. So if you're in the company of some healthy ladies who are not on the pill, shot or some other chemical interference, chances are that yes, they are cycling closely to you [but not exactly, which would be an impossibility.]
Just some friendly advice: if you no longer have periods but have PMS, your hormones are unbalanced. You would probably do well in seeing an endocrinologist/gynecologist who specializes in natural hormone balancing. You can click on my website to the left and and then go to "links."
