Aside from the usual pay me up front scams, has anyone been hit with an extortion scam? I know Hobby got hit recently by what appeared to me to a scam, but what other scams have guys seen. Anything after BCD? I always hear about ones prior to BCD but haven’t heard anyone get hit with an attempted extortion scam after BCD.

Well the previous post includes a reference to getting robbed, which certainly qualifies.  But I would just love to see somebody try to scam or blackmail me.  Since I do not Give One Fuck who knows about my activities.  At the first whiff of extortion or blackmail I'd be talking to the police to get them arrested.

My very first meet - I had a gal show up perfectly, get ready for BCD perfectly, ask for the money and when I handed over her allowance she turned and walked away...

I've certainly lost money in the sugar bowl, usually by trusting someone I should not have. But as far as I know I've never been a victim of "professional scammer."

1. Three times, I've given money to an SB in advance and she ghosted on me. The first and second times, were before we had a BCD session. The third time was after several BCD sessions and she's still on the site.  Lesson: No money in advance - EVER!  
2. Once I had a M&G with a Las Vegas stripper who was "back home for the summer" in Los Angeles and wanted to go BCD that night. I should have realized the stripper hustle, as I've seen it way too many times in Vegas strip clubs and haven't fallen for it since the late '90's. But in this context, with a TER 10 hottie, and 3 martini's in my gut, I bit and was disappointed to get a fake BJ from her (the old two hands on the shaft while hiding her face with her long hair trick!). Lesson: Don't get drunk on a M&G.  
3. Let one move in with me after knowing her for 3 months and subsequently lost over 30 bottles of very expensive wine from the bottom of my cooler, 2 bottles of $200+ scotch from the back of my booze cabinet and ended up paying over $750 for repairs to my apartment landlord to fix damaged windows, bathroom fixtures and a microwave oven. Lesson: Find out BEFORE she moves in if she's an alcoholic, manic-depressive, bi-polar, nut case!

Are these scams? I don't know. But they were all valuable, if rather costly, lessons.  I've certainly seen the "please send me $2,000 so I can fly home before my mom dies" scams. And the "buy me a plane ticket to your city and we can be together soon" scam as well. These are all laughable and I usually use them to have some fun by replying with outlandish demands before I will send the money. (Hey if you really love me, I need you to prove it cause I've been hurt before. But this time I want it to be true. Just send me a pic of you holding a toothbrush in your right hand and a chicken egg in your left hand while wearing a hat with the words "I will fuck you" on it. Also put a pencil in your left ear so I really know I can trust you, my Darling!) Haven't received the pic yet. But if I ever do, I'll post it here.

I wouldn’t call those scams, just hard lessons learned, with exception of the one you’d advanced money to after BCD. Sweetman doesn’t have anything to lose because he’s got an open marriage, so I suspected he’d not even ring the bell on this one. Lol

I steer clear of any messages saying I need financial help quickly!  Doesn't have the rent payment and in danger of getting thrown out.  Doesn't have the car payment or insurance payment, and needs the car for work or school.  Needs cash up front and then the offer is to settle up later.  I admonished one young lady that SA was not a good reliable method to manage your financial affairs with.  

I broke up with a SB who pulled a nutty on me (She insisted I divorce my wife and marry her, and yes, she was blotto.) when I stopped calling her, she started leaving messages that she would out me to my wife and business (Who already knew about my habits.) unless I took her back.  
I just ignored her and nothing came of it.  

Had one cute little 22 year old come to my house after lunch.  She insisted on driving to my home, I live in a gated community and usually pick them up at a nearby restaurant and bring them in.  She said she wanted a minimum of $200 (my little head ignored the minimum comment) so we get naked on the bed and she begins stroking Senior Feliz and I soon realized this was it.  I asked about it and she said she wanted another $200 for that but only the first time, it would be $200 afterward.  Well, once again the little head won out and she got on top, but just stuck the head in and said she wouldn't ride it because of my pubic hair (problem solved).  I went soft and lost interest.  
Great upcharge maneuver and she even had the nerve to contact me again.  

Had one show up late on a Sunday, Turned out to be a dancer I knew, she wanted 300 up front, we had agreed on 200, I noticed the driver of the car, I said " no" She said If I don't get my 300 the guy I am with will come in and you do not want that. I gave her 100 and told her to beat it and I know where you work. She said my guy is coming in, I stated my camera has you both, his plates and if the door opens I will consider it home invasion. That was my last trip in the sugar bowl.

The only extortion attempt I ever had was after the Ashley Madison hack.  I started getting emails demanding Bitcoin or they would expose me. I just ignored them.

He came back for more today.  I called the cops.  I have text messages, phone number and email address. He has my family’s face book profiles.  Detective said it’s probably an overseas scam.  Doesn’t think she can do much, he doesn’t know that and I think he’s local, like Phx local. He threatened outing me to my family, I told him I’m talking with the cops.   Fuck it I’ll take my chances with my family.  I’m sending over the evid Nace.

Ok.  Called the cops exposed myself to them.  I gave them all the information I had on the scammer.  I know agree with Herbst, Gaga, and sweets that this was planned with the “SB”.  I never met this one only talked to her on SA and my mistake was giving her my real phone.  That connected my FB to her/them.    
They hit me for more $$ yesterday and threats etc.  I called the cops and the phone they used went off line.  The threats didn’t get followed thru on, no wife or son being called, contacted anything.  Police couldn’t trace it.  I’ll get contacted by detectives on a couple weeks.  I don’t think they give a shit.

But I think they are hoping you will be more afraid of getting exposed to your family then they are of having the police looking for them.  You are not.  So, like many crooks who prey on people, they are looking for the vulnerable and timid who won't fight back. For every guy who tells them to fuck off, they probably have 5 to 10 more who pussied out and paid.

If she won't send you pics that aren't G rated you need to run like hell.  
Doesn't need to be full naked but if she's not got intimate photos you're putting yourself at risk.
This isn't Match dot com. They're supposed to know why they're there and be prepared.  
Just my two cents.

For all I care if the cop is hot enough I'll go on a date with her. I have been fucking hookers for long enough it's simply second nature not to offer money for sex. I doubt I have received "racy" pictures from more than 10% of the POT SB's I have been in contact with, and about 75% of those that did send me nudes, or partial nudes ended up being pros or semi pros.
