Green Cards

Holy shit.  The number of girls telling me they want a serious relationship and marriage is off the charts.  And they are all doing video chats to confirm they are real and living in the area.  Not foreign scams.  I'll be honest, some of them are smoking hot!

I need to think clearly and not with my dick.

Since you mentioned 'green cards,' and that's an area where I have alot of experience [don't ask  LOL], I'm assuming most of them have overstayed their visas which often will cause issues on getting approved by USCIS.  If it's less than a few months then you can send them home and have them come back later.

But of course, with the big head doing the serious thinking, you really don't want to marry what I call an 'economic refugee.'

My only real-life experience in this area was seeing a buddy go to jail for participating in a Chinese marriage fraud scheme to get the daughter of a rich guy into the US with a green card and on the path to naturalization. He got a reduced sentence for testifying but still served several years in prison. Ironically, he was not allowed to "consummate" the marriage, though the family did provide him several companions while he was in China, supposedly meeting and falling in love with his future "wife."

And in the last 10-ish years the US Govt has made it extremely difficult, if not nearly impossible, to "import" a wife.

TLDR: Fuck at your own risk.

Be aware that they can come over on a tourist visa, and if you sign this form, they can stay here for 10 years or until they become a U.S. citizen.

Form I-864, Affidavit of Support under Section 213A of the INA (https://www.uscis.gov/i-864), is a contract an individual signs agreeing to use their financial resources to support the intending immigrant named on the affidavit. The individual who signs the affidavit of support becomes the sponsor once the intending immigrant becomes a lawful permanent resident. The sponsor is usually the petitioner who filed an immigrant petition on behalf of the intending immigrant.

An affidavit of support is a legally enforceable contract, and the sponsor’s responsibility usually lasts until the family member or other individual either becomes a U.S. citizen or is credited with 40 quarters of work (usually 10 years).

The law concerning the affidavit of support is found in Sections 212(a)(4) and 213A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The provisions are codified in Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) at 8 CFR 213a.

This is a financial support declaration; you do not have to marry. But you are responsible for 10 years or until they become a US citizen.

Long, long ago, and far, far away, when I was fresh off the boat from Europe, there were women who wanted me to marry them. So that I could get a green card.

So a quick update.  I was very clear to all of them I was not looking to get married anytime soon.  All except one bailed.  The one that did stay is by far the hottest.  She already has a Visa and is coming across the border Saturday for us to have dinner in San Diego.

23, D cups, super cute.  Fluent English.  My Spanish ok.

She said she is looking for a relationship that can lead towards marriage.  She has a plan to work her business, clothing imports, in the US.  She made it clear that if she thinks I'm just looking to fuck cute girls she will end it.  But she understands it will take time before I'm willing to propose.  Several years on my part.

So, I'll report after the first date how it goes.

Met with a 21 year old, smoking hot, 10/10, D cups.  She speaks fluent English.  She have a work visa to come to the US so I drove down to San Diego to meet her near the border.  Picked her up and we went for dinner.  My jaw dropped when I saw her.  Hotter than her pics.  Super sweet.

She was very clear on expectations with an arrangement.  Her long term goal is to get married.  But she wasn't demanding a ring anytime soon.  What she did want was the commitment of a long term arrangement with the hopes of could lead to a real relationship.  She makes her own money.  She's using the allowance to pay for college.  Her goal is to get a degree that makes money in the US.

After dinner, we went to a hotel.  I won't go into BVD details because she's not an escort.  But the sex was incredible and her body is even better naked.  Second date is next weekend.  She wants to be a main SB for someone willing to consider marriage in the future.  I was clear that I am not committing to marriage anytime soon.  But I will commit to a better allowance, great dates, communication and consistency.

Will report how this progresses
