I told her I'd consider sending payment directly to her testing clinic but I don't send money in advance otherwise. She said she doesn't use a clinic, she uses her obgyn and here's his paypal account.
I sometimes pay medical bills or fees on-line and it is via their professional practice payment procedures. I use a CC and have a record of medical records.

Do any legit doctors use personal paypal ("sneakydoc at email.address"?) accounts for the payment of legit fees? I am pretty sure that medical practices have to keep very careful financial records to avoid getting charged with insurance fraud, malpractice, or various other crimes.

How about this crazy idea: Invite her to come and visit you. On day one, you pick her up at the airport, take her directly to your local STD clinic (free? anonymous? regular?), pay the extra fee for express service (some test results are available in just a few hours; I don't know about the entire STD panel), take her to her hotel, take her out to dinner, and hold off on anything romantic until the results are back (assuming all is clear).
I'll keep this idea in my bag of tricks until needed. There's actually a blood draw site not far from me that works with Talent Testing Service, the one the porn stars use. They get the results to you fast, same day or next day. About $250 for a full screen.
I use Talent Testing Service in LA for all my STD tests. My cost is about $170 for a full panel. At this location, if they collect before 3:00 pm you get results through email and text by 10:00 am the next day. I can get free tests from my regular health plan, but it's a PITA and takes 3-5 days for results.

To use TTS, you need to register on thier site. It's free and your account info and test data are not shared into the Porn industry - unless you explicitly request and authorize it - which I do not. No appointments needed, and I'm usually in and out in 15 minutes. I go every 4-6 weeks. More often if needed to start with a new SB.

It really is kind of funny how much effort these scammers put into their stories though. What a lot of them do is get you invested in the relationship by pretending NOT to be about the money, offering deals WAY too good to be true, and then once you have decided you have found the unicorn of your dreams she'll drop on you something "just small enough" to make you think about taking the chance on her. I tell ALL POT SB's that I have one IRONCLAD rule, I don't "send" money to anyone I have never met in person, NEVER. The closest I have ever come to sending money sight unseen was to a POT SB who I had to cancel on one night who asked me to order her a pizza online for her. One of the most common scams I have noticed lately is a hottie reaches out to me, usually from 50-100 miles away, chats me up, sends a couple of hot pics, offers to come see me "if only" I can send her some gas money. FIRST: Did you do a reverse image search on all of her pics? If she is a model, you should almost certainly see one or two of her pics on Insta, especially if they were taken by a pro photographer. When you find the IG account, you can see a lot to either verify or debunk her story. I see lots of profiles in LA with searchable IG pics, which usually means a bogus POT. But if she says she is a model, you should be able to find her on IG, FB, and modeling agency sites. Models who don't get thier pics published are not really models.

SECOND: The PayPal account is a serious red flag. And having you send money to another person's PP account is another. Yes you can contact PP to dispute a payment if you get ripped off. And PP will close "her" account if they think it's being used for sex work. But you will need to explain to PP why you made the payment and why you were ripped off. Also, remember that both the sender and receiver of a pp payment will see the name and email or pone number associated with the pp account of the other person. Although there are medical practices that use Paypal, it's not common. And I seriously doubt that any of them have an option to accept a "guest" payment from some random person for thier patient's medical needs. The OBGYN's paypal account name is probably the account of the scammer who posted the profile.

THIRD: It's plausible that she might have miles loaded up IF her last SD gave her cash to buy lots of airfare. But how much can an 18 year old rack up in less than one year? And it's not clear if she's offering to burn these miles to travel to you, or she will expect you to find her cash for new tickets. If you send her cash - poof! It's gone. If you offer to buy her a ticket, she will need to give you a name that matches her ID and her DOB. I've bought tickets for established SB's, but I'd never do that before a face to face M&G.

CONCLUSION: You dodged the bullet. But you almost caught one right in you wallet thinking about sweet, 18 year old tasty pussy. You might want to rethink your risk-tolerance level for non-local SB's. I won't even bother with any SB that's more than a 60 minute drive and prefer SB's that are within 20 minutes of me. I know you may be in a target-poor location, but longer distance = higher risk of scams.

First: This was more of a thought experiment than actual research, and the wise consensus here that this "girl" was a scammer reinforced my own conclusions. I did not websearch the pics she sent me, mostly out of lazyness. She texted them to me. I would have had to download them to my phone's picture gallery and then email them to myself to get them onto my PC from there I could do a Tineye search. That's the only way I know how to do it.
Second: Totally agree.
Third: She offered to fly to me on her own "dime". Not plausible under the circumstances.
Conclusion: My risk tolerance for non local SBs is basically zero. Why bother? Even in my relatively target poor environment, I've got more local sweet young pussy than I know what to do with. My 20yo Asian sweety is clamoring for a visit tomorrow night, and a new 19yo coffee dater is meeting me BCD next Tuesday.
