First: TER discussion boards have a lot of good intel. Search all of them for the key words you think are relevant.

 
Many of us here have had sugar dates while on travel across the US and Canada.  Seeking remains the best site (IMO) for searching and connecting. But expectations for allowance can vary widely from state to state and city to city.  So be prepared to adjust your budget accordingly - generally higher in more "metro" areas like NY, Vegas, and DC - generally lower in more rural areas like Fresno, Omaha, and Spokane.  

 
As always, vetting is important, as scammers will be everywhere. And since you will likely be in any given city for just a few days, it's important to have multiple back-ups.

 
Sugar dating in other regions like Europe, Asia, South America and elsewhere is also available, but there are a few aspects to consider:  
1. Seeking is less popular than other local apps. You will want to research the most popular apps for each area.
2. In these countries, Seeking is seen as a primarily "Western men" (i.e.: US, CA, UK, Aus) resource. These men are considered (rightfully or not) as universally rich, especially in countries with poorer economies. This means the POT SB's you meet will ask for more from you than the current "market" prices for the area.  
3. Both of these lead to these observations:  
- First: P4P is either legal or generally accepted in these regions and so most women you will meet through an app should be thought of more like freelance hookers than SB's.  Nothing wrong with hookers at all. But their business model is to get maximum cash in minimum time from multiple men. Repeat dates are available if they see the profit incentive.  
- Second: P4P pricing is generally lower in these regions than in the US (or any "western" country).  

 
All this means you certainly can get laid by hot, 20-30-ish babes on travel.  Within the US/CA it's about what you might expect from your local area, with a need for more advance vetting, adequate budgeting, and back-up planning.  Outside these areas, you should do extensive research on your target locations on local app use, locations and nuances of local RLD's (Red Light Districts), safety and security concerns (including STI rates, testing availability, treatment, and Visa reqs), and typical market rates for each area.  

 
One more consideration, especially in Asian countries, and Mexico. Look out for Lady Boys. If you are into them, you will find happiness abounds. If you are not, be careful who you meet when you are drunk (in other words - NEVER monger when drunk!), or when you don't have time to fully vette a POT. "Girls" who ask for anal in the first 10 minutes are asking for a reason!  

 
As always - NEVER PAY an independent "provider" in advance.  You may be required to pay some or all in advance if she is a "bar girl." This should be part of your research.
