Where you clearly "with" your SB when you encountered them? Did your friends/relatives/co-workers recognize you? Did you acknowledge them? What was the OPSEC protocol that you employed to protect yourself?
It's never happened to me. But, I always have a prepared cover story. And, avoid PDA.

No, I was never with an SB when anything happened, circumstances quite different.
- Recognized a colleague I work directly with on SA! Lots of clear face photos. Obviously did not say anything.
- M&G with a beautiful Asian student. Talking to her I learnt that she was studying for precisely my field, and was planning to do grad studies at a lab with a bunch of people I know. Did not go any further, worried that she might rat on me.
As for OPSEC, that is worth a separate post, but I never had a face photo on SA, and what photos I did put there were of a Doppelganger, so no one was going to recognize me from those.
I have met people who know me, while out in public with a SB, several times. Since I do not give a rats ass about who knows I'm dating young women it has never been a problem. If they come over and say hi, I simply introduce my SB, this is my friend Suzy (or whatever). They are welcome to read whatever they want into the situation.
A SB I've been chatting up invited me to her house today. She made it clear she wnted to take things slow, and so we did a bit of old school making out, more next time! But one reason she said she picked me out of many suitors on SA is because I told her my wife and I nave a poly/open/ENM relationship. This girl's previous SD had to hide his activities from his wife. So she is looking forward to actually going out with me, going out to eat, doing things in public without looking over our shoulders.

One of my fantasies is to meet a friends wife, daughter, or colleague of some kind through SA. I did have one who was a former employee that I saw a few times. Then in a Christmas morning when I took the family to ihop for breakfast she was our server. It had been a couple years and I didn’t recognize her at first and she was a little bit pissy. I did by the end of the meal, tipped her very well and then Saw her a few more times before we drifted apart. I think she loved to Nashville to follow her Music dreams. I’m glad she didn’t rat me out.
