When you guys set up a meet and greet with a promising POT, do you have a hotel room ready to go in case things go well or do you just find one on the fly if the M&G turns into BCD?  Or is it more common to have a M&G and then arrange BCD dates at a later date?

Ask her if she's ok to move on if it goes well.  Sometimes you only have that 30-60 minutes in the time budget.

If the answer is yes, I keep the reservation tab open on my phone in case it does go well.

The last four SBs I met all wanted to go BCD right away after the M&G and told me so before we met. They didn't seem to want to waste time on just M&G. One drove more than an hour to meet me, so I could understand why. If you look like your pic and don't act creepy, it's a done deal for them. I can usually book a hotel room on Priceline right away.

You can ask her before the M&G if she's OK with BCD right away. If she's DTF, reserve at least two hours on your calendar.

This happened to me last week:

Met a pretty/sweet POT at a coffee shop in the Arts District (near downtown LA). I presented it as a "vibe check" to see if we're both comfortable with proceeding and she was fine with that.  

We connected over coffee, had a really nice chat and I could tell by her body language, smile, etc, etc...that she liked what was happening.  

She suggested we go for a walk and immediately hooked her arm around mine. On a quiet side street I stopped to give her a kiss and she was ready to go. I brought up a room and she said that was a great idea. Opened the Dayuse app and noticed dozens of available rooms - all within a 10 minute drive. I offered to call an Uber for her and I would meet her in the lobby but she was fine with heading over with me (she was a complete rookie and I wouldn't have advised that).

Got the room and had a great time! As we were laying in bed together she gave me a kiss and said "did I pass the vibe check?"

She's my main SB....for now.

I add this to text just before meeting.

“ This typically goes one of two ways.  1) we just meet for lunch or drinks and feel one another out (no ppm) and schedule an intimate date in the future if we vibe. 2) we meet for lunch or drinks, and if we both want to continue, we head to hotel for intimacy (and ppm)

Which one do you prefer?”

So far, 100% (maybe 15 since using) choose option 2.  So I schedule a dayuse with a restaurant.  No issues.

I travel a great deal (several times a month) and I sugar only on the road. I always have a hotel whether I have a girl at the ready or not. Therefore, my marginal cost for a hotel is zero.

 
Of course not everyone can sugar this way. I only share my experience so we all can know the method works. I meet with a girl (usually for a nice dinner) only if she has told me she is down for BCD if we vibe at dinner. The great majority of the time, the girl agrees in advance (with decent text game) and follows through with BCD.

 
The point is, don't worry that you'll have to eat the cost of an unused hotel. Have decent text game, get her to say she's down for BCD immediately if you pass the M&G test, and proceed with confidence. Every single one of my multi-date sugar relationships started this way, the vast majority of my ONS started this way, and I can only think of one exception which was an indecisive 18yo Asian NoVA newbie who took three dates to get her into my bed. (But it was worth it!)
