I can totally relate! I'm 78 and amazed that I'm having so much fun at this point in my life. Fucking sweet young girls on a regular basis is a dream cum true! As for budgeting, I always do a gift-per-visit arrangement, not a monthly allowance. But in any case, I'm not able to spend as much as you are comfortable with. Last year I had 41 dates, average per date about $275 which means $11,275 in direct gifts to my SBs, give or take. Add in fuel and maintenance for the RV, meals and other gifts, I probably spent closer to $15k last year. 2018 was my busiest year. I had 93 dates, and spent significantly more, obviously. So I watch the individual date expense but otherwise let the natural ebb and flow of my sugar dating determine the total cost, without any other budgeting. Regardless, it's not much expense for the incredible value of this activity!

I'm in the Valley north of LA. 63 and retired comfortably.
I'd say I average 3-4 dates a month with an average spend of 1.5 to 2.0 times base allowance, when you include dinners, gifts, etc. And my per meet allowances vary from $150-$400, not including my 2 porn star SB's. Porn Star dates generally top out around $1,000 to $1400, so I don't schedule those more than once or twice a quarter.
Add in spend on testing, ED meds, site subscription fees, and ID verification site fees and I'd say my annual (non-travel) spend is around $25-$30k all in. I can sustain that financially indefinitely from my retirement portfolio. The question is can I sustain that physically for the next 15-20 years?

PS: I also have done the math and research on moving to a Southeast Asian country like the Philippines. My money spend will be perhaps 40-60% of what I spend here to maintain the same standard of living, And the availability of 18+ babes at a 65% discount to US rates is outstanding. I know you posed this as a question, but the take on this is that it's wonderful news, especially for someone who just joined the septugenarian club.
To answer the question: I don't have a strict budget but am trying to be prudent without being cheap, while calculating how long I can keep this up (based on some of the info here it could be quite a few years).
My general approach has been one consistent SB at a time, although I have had 2-3 at various points. Not explicitly exclusive for either side but it seems to be what we each can handle. With a ppm of 400-450 plus extras that amounts to 25-30K annually which is very doable. But I suspect inflation and the age tax will increase the costs.
My big goal though is to find a travel babe partner, which hasn't been easy and not practical for my recent SBs. I suspect that would at least double my annual costs. But what else am I living for?
That is my budget. Half goes to paying rent for my main. But the rest are for side girls. Only have two at the moment. After some vacation time I'll be back on SA. Unfortunately, most of what I gained from three months on SDM didn't stick around.
