It is difficult to be self aware of all of our internal biases.   I did notice you  qualified your comment  with "..that I am aware of..."  lol

Yep, I am sure we pass on many good ones because of either our biases or because the SB doesn't know how to take a photo or write up an accurate profile.

Of course, we are well aware of the one we do select that so not work out.
