I often click on the profile instead of opening the message and if I see anyone larger than a size 0, I don’t bother responding or sometimes even opening the actual message. I only get about twenty or so messages a day. Can’t imagine that a sugar baby getting hundreds of messages will care.
Think nothing of it and move on. Or if she’s really hot, post a follow up with something humorous. I don’t hesitate to spam them especially when they were the ones that initially approached me. Just don’t do it in a creepy or desperate way. I’ve gotten pretty good responses with short follow up pings.
Quite often, I send SBs messages and the message will be marked "Delivered", other times it is marked "Read".
Does anyone understand the difference? What drives me crazy is that a message will be marked delivered and it is clear from the SB's login times that she's been on the site since the message was delivered, but has not "read" it.
So, WTF? Do they get so many messages that they just ignore most of them? Even ones that are part of a long message thread? Or is there something fundamental that I fail to grasp about SA?
I can't understand logging in to SA and NOT reading your messages. Just not getting this....
I have had the same experience with delivered email not being read even though the SB has been on the site numerous days since the email was sent. I would chalk this up to their not being interested but I had one SB favorite me, so I sent her a message and days went by with her on the site and not reading the message. WTF?
I do recall seeing an article a few years ago that the sugar dating sites have some girls who are just shills to get SDs to subscribe.
I did check the SA FAQ to see if I was misunderstanding the term "delivered" but it also noted that if the SB has read the email it will say 'read" and there will be a check mark beside that. And I have seen that with the one or two who have actually responded.
I will say that even with the SB's I have met and had arrangements with, they are incredibly flaky in terms of being on time, communicating, last minute cancellations and general obliviousness. I think it is a millennial thing and just part of the experience. So bottom line seems to be to work the list and send out as many emails as you find potentially interesting
Also in my area (Boston) there seem to be a lot of clueless girls. A number of posts are for platonic relationships and quite a few seem to be serious about traveling the world with their SD and living the luxury lifestyle etc. I think the greater public awareness of the SB phenomenon has brought in a lot of young woman who really buy this idea that some older handsome single hedge fund manager with tons of spare cash just wants to find some deserving young thing to fly around the world and put up in her own luxury apartment.

Ya - what miffed me is that when I message a girl who just has messaged me minutes ago and my reply takes an hour or two to reply - you just sent me a message and I know you're still in the site logged in ??? Seems like a lot of BSC girls on there lately - had 2 flakes and 1 super BSC girl on my last visit to Vegas - lol

If you are going to be successful on SA, you really need to "roll with the punches" getting irritated with a POT SB is the surest way to chase off potential pussy.
As for LV, it's completely different than any other SB market and has a completely different set of rules.
