Think of someone who's had prostate surgery. While he may no longer produce ejaculate, he certainly can orgasm. In addition, many males do have "dry" orgasms without any ejaculate present.

In my not-so-humble opinion, we need to get away from ejaculate-focused orgasms and move toward a more inclusive male sexual expression. The constant striving for evidentiary liquid has many people, both males and females, in a feeling-state of sexual inadequacy. Ask those tantra-inspired folks - apparently they come like gangbusters, often with nary a drop coming out of their pecker. But of course that would take the "special effects" out of porno movies...can you imagine a film of someone just "coming in his head?" And yet it does happen...much more than one is led to believe.

I have not ejaculated since I had prostate surgery 10 years ago.    But I have orgasms, and even multiple orgasms in sessions.   The only down side (referred to by LG) is when the provider foolishly asks for my cum in the middle of the session.  That reminds me of my inadequacy in this area--if you can call it that.

Wonderful answer. I can usually ejaculate but I have dry orgasms sometimes and they are wonderful. Hey at 55 why in the world should I worry about what kind of orgasms I have.  I can have the most wonderful time without having any kind of orgasm. It speaks to the subject.  The premise is you can have multiple orgasms as long as you don't ejaculate. It was pretty easy to get.  I found it accidentally at my local Barnes and Nobles.  Some of it is kinda hokey and some of the stuff I was already inadvertently doing (my issue being older is NOT coming too soon).
I tried to be more conscious of some of what I was feeling and yeah, I guess I was having events I could call orgasms before I ejaculated.

I think if you are going to do this with providers, you better explain, you only plan to eaculate once but it may take the whole hour.  LOL  Mine pretty much knows and expects it.  The pleasure of having a partner you know and both are comfortable.

at the "tantric experience."    I have one lady that I see who totally understands and she really enjoys me being able to do this.  Once she said "let's count the times you can do this!"  Well, that was a little too much pressure for me so I spurted the first time!  LOL.

For someone who is 53 Tantra is the greatest thing going.  With breathing control and muscle control you can keep getting the tingling feeling or even the "at the edge" feeling many times before you decide to ejaculate.  Last week I saw a provider for 2 hours that worked me orally and with Russian for the whole time with about 30 minutes of breaks mixed in so actual pleasure time of 1 1/2 hours and with breath and muscle control and the occasional cooling off period for both of us, at the end I had one blockbuster of an ejaculation that was the equivalent of if I had ejaculated each time I got close to popping.  I guess it sends the load back to wherever it comes from and keeps sending more until you unload.  I do tell the providers that I am a one pop guy so they do not get frustrated.  It feels great when I finally come but I do feel funny about the amount of ejaculate the the provider has to deal with.  Sometimes it is just insane.  There has been more than once that I go to get the towel to clean her up, at her incall.  When a provider tells me to CIM the surprised look on her face is priceless.  It does take a fair amount of cash, time and effort to develop the skills but it is really worth it if you are a one pop guy like me.
