Well, it's a monger friend's first SB after day one signed up.

 
I visited him in Austin and he had a few local escorts for about 350-400HR at his new modern townhouse before my arrival. He just moved to Austin a few months ago so I suggested SA. So he dipped in and got plenty of interest after a few hours the profile was up (no photos or descriptive profile). As we expected, there were hundreds of texts from a few SBs. My summary of the next 48 hours while I was there was as follow:

 

SB #1 - A few texts later they agreed on 300 ppm (which was 100 less than her ask) and she shortly arrived with a cousin driver. My friend met and escorted her in from the community gate. We exchanged a few introductions and drinks. She knew ahead I was there visiting him so no awkward of any kind. Since her rate was less than the outcall from local providers, he proceeded to take her upstairs. 
Looks/Body - TER points: 6.

BCD - TER points - 6: LFK, FIA, FIV, BBJ, and MPCFS. A couple of hours non-rushed, her performance was fine and not jaded, but to repeat is a No.

SB #2 - A next day, a 23-year-old Latina presented herself well with timely responses of a few face and frontal selfies without asking for gas money or displayed any red flags. She agreed to join us at an upscale restaurant for a first meet since we were gonna be there anyway. Well, she actually showed up on time. Surprised!
She never had an upscale restaurant experience until now with us. Her table manner can be better but we insisted on her being herself and free-licking her finger enjoying the fine meals without giving any care from our surroundings. We'd enjoyed ourselves with light humorous conversations and we learned she's working as food delivering Uber/Door Dash/Grubhub. While we didn't know the local SB's going rates, we agreed she's a low hanging fruit no more than $250 PPM as we were basing on her good attitude, unsophisticated lifestyle, HX/TER rates, and more importantly, she gotta be less than the local escort's rates. He gladly agreed to her ask of 2 meets for 500 when they were driving back together in her car. 

Looks/Body - TER points: A solid 7
A  5'3" toned petite frame with a cute face and has one of the few head-turners assess. Spectacular.
Attitude - A confident girl without being snobby: 9
BCD - TER points - 7: DFK, DATY, FIA, FIV, BBJCIM, P2P, and MPCFS MSOG 3+ hours.
Aside note, she learned about SA after relocated to Austin a few months ago. She hasn't gotten any SDs as they all wanted to only hang out for a mere few bucks until now. She's a keeper, we both agreed. 

 
By the way, was that the beginner's luck? I might have to reconsider joining SA here in the DMV region. lol

The 2 SBs you described were both ok with  either going straight to BCD or straight from dinner to BCD.  While that has certainly happened to me, it's still very much the exception in the sugar bowl, not the normal rule as you'd expect with an escort.  It usually takes much longer to go fro first contact to first fuck.  But you and your buddy obviously are experienced mongers and have a fair idea of how to treat these young women.  I think if you continue dating SBs you'll find fewer who are ok with being treated like escorts.  Usually they want to feel the kind of rapport that comes with spending some time with you before heading to the bedroom.  Hope you continue to have fun and success.

Agree with Papa Sweet, though I'm not at all familiar with the Sugar scene in that area.  I have had some success with SB's in Houston about 10 years ago. But PPM expectations were higher - between $300-$500.  I'll note that for $300-$400 I've taken strippers from Treasures to my hotel for OTC more than once. But Houston is NOT Austin, Dallas or San Antonio.  

 
Still, you can't argue with success... can you? Curious why you and your friend didn't explore the angle of getting a sugar double while you were there.  Have to think there was room there for two couples to go BCD without needing to expose your nards to you buddy...  

 
I also suggest if you want to dip your toe into the pool, lean closer to a dating approach than a semi-pro hooker approach.

Yeah, this is the case for me too.

I had a bad sprained ankle and wasn’t in the mood. Anyhow, these two girls are new in town and know no ones. Also, we were taking baby steps with the SBs as we didn’t want to spook  them.

Dating approach is what I’d intend to or go with the flow as I can always fall back on the providers. While I understand the SB dividends,  the PMs and the time with SA is insane, and time is my sticky point. I can’t text for shit and can’t use work laptop either 🤣

Though more spending time or no clock, the cost of SB ppm is greater than the agency girls 1HR here in the DMV region. It’s why I have been dragging my feet on the SA.

I did, however, get a couple of chuckles seeing how much fun my buddy’s luck got him.
