The following are my empirical observations (i.e.: guesses) obtained by scanning the results of the search above and from my experiences with this fake profile. Of the 349, maybe 20% have pics with an obscured (or without a) face. Of those, maybe 80% have private pics that show their face clearly. And oddly, many of those send unasked-for approvals to see pvt. pics as a first and usually 1st time message. On a side note, maybe 20% of those with pics have a main pic without a shirt on. In my opinion, these are from POT SD's who don't get it. A POT SB is not on SA to find a beefcake boy-toy she can fuck at 2:00 am. That's what pickup bars are for. So a good looking guy, even an older guy, with no money is less likely to get attention from a POT SB.
My SD profile has over a dozen pics. All full face and/or full body. BUT - I am not married, no GF and I'm not worried about being "outed" as an SD.

It's the primary reason I almost never message 1st. If a POT looks at my profile, she will see exactly what I look like. If she can't stand the idea of fucking a fat old guy (as opposed to a not-fat old guy), there's no basis for a worthwhile arrangement anyway.
Of course, that only applies to POT's who are not scammers or GPS queens, who just want to get maximum cash and then bail. I still get dozens of one-word or one-line messages from POT's who have never looked at my profile. I generally pass on those and move on. But hey, if I ever decide to go to Venezuela, I'll be neck deep in 18-23 year old Chica Hoe's within 30 minutes of landing at MAR. :p

1. Who do you know that is likely using the site? Your SO? Your employees? Daughter? Are the people who would cause you the most grief if they found out on the site? If it's other guys, they will never see your profile.
2. Why do you think a blurred face will prevent someone you know from recognizing you? I'll bet you can take 10 pics of your close friends, cover up their faces and you'll still know who they are and where/when each pic was taken.
Not trying to scare you off... just want you to think rationally about how much risk you have from pics, bio's, locations, etc., and which risks really need to be mitigated first. I'm not at risk - at all. But I'd think you're greatest exposure to risk (from your SO) comes in this order:
1. Financial records
2. Phone/PC info, logs, text history, emails, GPS info, etc.
3. Cover story to account for sugar time (did you ask your buddy to cover? Is his wife friends with your wife?).
4. Failing to sanitize your fuck space (if at home)
...and finally,
5. Someone who is also on the site recognizing you. Note that this is MAD (mutually assured destruction). So if she busts you, she busts herself.
Finally, take a look at a slightly different situation: strip clubs. If you go, your buddies may go with or see you there. Do you wear a ski mask at a strip club?
I get the paranoia. Risking a relationship is serious. But I'd suggest you take a risk assessment and mitigation approach. Because you can't travel in the sugar bowl with zero risk.

Even if I would argue that SD - SB is legal, if "successful" 
it is cheating on an SO. On the other hand, strip clubbing is 100% legal and there is 0% cheating. Besides ... when I used to go clubbing, I didn't blur my face but I always wore a disguise.

(Actually: I have seen people I know and who know me at strip clubs. We politely make eye contact and then ignore each other and never bring it up.)

Next, I take your overall point, but would suggest that strip clubs do not necessarily = 0% cheating. It may mean that for you, but I know many, many, guys (including myself) who regularly get extras at clubs. What are extras? Well, basically it's anything your that your SO might consider cheating, or that local/state laws consider illegal.
In 3+ decades of going to strip clubs around the world, I've been offered, and usually accepted, everything from DFK make out sessions, to HJ/BJ/FS, to take out/OTC (meeting outside the club for sex), to SB arrangements. I find it somewhat exciting (and perhaps rather disgusting?) that I have left DNA samples on (or in!) hundreds of strippers in over 30 countries across 5 continents.
But not every PL (PL=Pathetic Loser. This is how many strippers refer to male customers) goes to a club for extras, as you imply. Still, even you mention that when seeing friends or acquaintances at a club, you mutually agree to keep it on the DL. Like I said - MAD.
Ultimately, we must each decide our own level of safety and privacy needs in the Sugar Bowl for ourselves. I make no judgements. Just offer food for thought to guys who ask...

Like any area of concern, managing risk is almost always a game of mitigating the most significant risks first, rather than trying to eliminate all risks. There will almost always be SOME risk in any endeavor. I'll go so far as to suggest perhaps the ONLY way to fully eliminate all risk is to not enter the sugar bowl.
But even then, someone who means you ill could create a profile with one of your public pics and follow the anonymous email process you describe. So even if you are "not guilty," you could still be convicted in the court of your SO's mind.

We each have our own objectives (besides the obvious) for living the in Sugar Bowl, and we each have our own balance of risks/rewards based on personal dynamics.
Meeting the daughter of one of your contemporary buddies is the stuff of many current porn videos. But I suspect if that happened in "real life" each would bail at lightspeed and pray it never comes up again - ever. Although I have to wonder if that actually happened to me, AND the "daughter" or son's GF actually contacted me....? I think I'd be more inclined to explore with the daughter than the GF, but there's a lot of "only if's" in that... like knowing if Dad owns guns. LOL
I did the "other city" sugaring quite a bit when I was travelling 6 to 8 times a year for business. I'd say it was twice the work to vet and half the success rate to make it to at least one BCD while on the road. But maybe my "travel game" just sucked. LOL Now booking a pro in another city, and especially in another country? That was a 95% success rate deal for me, and without the added Sugar expenses like dinner & drinks. So if I would book 3 M&G's on the road, that meant 3x$100-$150 dinner checks before I even laid out (pun intended) another $400-$600 for allowance. And then even if I planned on visiting that city again soon, the SB was rarely interested or available the next time I was there. While researching a pro and booking a $300-$400 session was simple with resources like TER and P411. Life is good
