I agree with Gag and we need to be vigilant about Pros on SA as well

Personally I think many of us have zero problem with pros and their activities.  But if they show up on SA they damn well better behave like SBs.  If they continue to work like pros, I'll support SA Admin's policy of kicking them off the site.  We have to do our part in maintaining that SA is a dating site, not a sexworkers site.

Just like Syrian refugees fleeing oppression in their country, I could see gals turning to SA for business.

If so, will LE turn its guns on SA an other SD/SB sites?

When the shit hits the fan, there's no telling how far it will fly.

Perhaps this thread belongs on the legal forum, but I'll have to let admin be the judge.  The recent passage of sesta made me so upset I actually felt physically ill.  What a dreadful turn of events for anyone who believes in civil rights, personal freedom, freedom of speech, etc, not to mention the right of consenting adults to do as the damn well please bcd without government harassment.

Or anything even close to an SB review system. I am also 1,000% against guys mentioning finding their favorite hooker on the sugar sites. Right now the Sugar World is in a legal "gray area" if too many stupid guys insist on shaking their dicks at LE by openly discussing individual SB's, complete with "allowance" requirements and "activities performed" they sure as fuck are going to ruin it for the rest of us. And THAT is why we can't have nice things. lol

So if any of you dumbfucks find your ATF advertising on SA and you want to share that information with the world, do her and the rest of us a huge favor and just STFU!!!

I agree completely with GaG. And I got this interesting message from a very promising SB today:

"Since FOSTA passed into law, websites like this aren't safe anymore :( This is going to affect a lot of people in this lifestyle- I'm probably withdrawing from all of this soon, and there's a chance seekingarrangement might get shut down just like craigslist personals ads did. I wish you well but I've gotta protect myself now that this is happening."

I'm trying to see if she'll switch to text, but I expect not. So FUCK YOU Congress.

I was wondering if it would reach the SB sites as well. I’ll admit that I don’t know the details of the new law, but wonder how vehemently it will be enforced.

The thing that's going to kill SA isn't message boards like this one- it's what the OP mentioned: A wave of pros hitting the site after losing ad space on CL and BP and TER. Already have seen it start to happen-more to come. Lots of pros who are used to quoting prices and making explicit overt public offers mixed with unseasoned guys who will answer back in kind.... not good.

If they do many will need an attitude adjustment  regarding no negotiating and expectations gor longer dates.

Would be great to meet a Pro, not exchange all my private info, have great BCD activities for extended time periods at my preferred rates.  Do we think this will happen?  Probably not!  If the Pro's bring their business model to SA, then SA will change and probably go down.

SA has a very strong "no prostitutes" policy and any overt hookers (and johns) get promptly kicked off the site. I don't see this changing EVER, unless and until the US legalizes prostitution, something very unlikely to happen anytime soon.

SA owes it's very existence to the fact it is NOT a P4P site and they go to great lengths to maintain that legal status lest they be regulated out of business. If you know this, and I know this, you can bet your ass the people running SA know this, so I don't see hookers taking over SA anytime soon.

That said, if a bunch of clueless mongers start creating review sites for SB's and start running their mouths about the "semi-pros" they are finding on SA on public forums THAT could spell the end for SA in it's current state. That's why I implore you guys to STFU about the individual SB's that you fuck. If you can post something, LE can read it. There is nothing wrong with speaking in generalities, but linking profiles on public boards is beyond reckless, it's fucking stupid and makes it even more likely that our toy will be taken away from us someday

SA does have the warning about escorts not using this site.  Since I'm single and can host, I have to admit I have been spoiled by the ease of a quick m&g, and then having the SB stop by.  Always seemed too difficult to set up an outcall with a pro.  As has been said, their business SOP will have to change big time to be or seem to be a SB.

We all know that these girls are already on the site. I know one provider who said she tried it and found it to be too much work to get a date, but I think she’s still there. I see profiles pop up all the time that read as pros. Maybe they’re just semi-pros, but I suspect many are there and just use it to supplement whatever they can get.

Since the business model of pros is hourly, wouldn't an absolute ban on any ppm proposals be enough?  And, by that, I mean both on and off-site.  Members would be requested to furnish proof of hourly/ppm offers and the girl would be banned after multiple violations.  Somewhat like its supposed to work now with addition of off-site communications.

For those guys who can only live by ppm arrangements, maybe some thinking outside the box would suffice: for example, monthly arrangements paid at more frequent intervals - although no less than weekly.  Seems the hassle of doing this would drive away most of the pros unless I'm missing something.

Yes we’ve all seen some posts on SA which could be from a pro maybe yes maybe no.  Maybe more coming maybe Not.  I wouldn’t know.

For a year or so, the "smarter" SB's (and SD's) fairly quickly ask to go off line.  SA even sells the Hushed text/phone service just for this purpose.  Hushed even upgraded to claim to be "secure".  Now, that still does leave the issue of what is the difference between an escort and SB.  I'd say about an hour.  E.g. escort paid hour, SB usually you get 2-3 hours for the same gift.

Yes, ppm should only be mentioned offline.  However a girl can still report you to SA if she wants to punish ppm guys.  I got kicked off for even mentioning money, let alone ppm, but I did it through the SA message service and she complained to them.  It was easy for them to see the record and boot me.

I think it is harder if she has to show them second hand emails, etc.  However if more than one girl reports you, then I think you are cooked, regardless of how the ppm offer was made (verbal, email, text, etc.)  More than one witness can sink you.
