How would you handle

Interested in opinions on how you would handle this scenario.   New potential SB, early 20's, college graduate, has her own apartment, drives, gorgeous, great body.  In discussions, she mentioned 2 previous SD's both of whom provided a monthly allowance and helped with bills.  I countered with a $400 PPM which she accepted.  I realize this is low for the DC metro, but I have a solid roster...and she accepted without a counter offer.  A few days after initial M&G (dinner and drinks) she requested money for a mani/pedi.  Told her I would give it to her in person, which I did on M&G #2 (lunch and drinks).  Didn't go BCD's, but let her know that the next "date" would include alone time.  She agreed.

Fast forward to last week and she last minute cancelled our planned outing.  I was gracious and we rescheduled for a few days later.  Subsequently, she went radio silent.

A few days ago I texted her to check in and see what I can do to keep her interested.  Asked about the arrangement amount, did she need more time to determine if we were compatible or perhaps I did something wrong/inappropriate?

Her reply last night, "I just feel like you want us to be intimate before you give me any type of financial security and i'm sorry I can't do that first.. but I could be wrong.  And you did nothing inappropriate hun."

So how would you respond?  Obviously giving her money up front is not going to happen.  But would like to get her BCD's.

Lose her number and go back to square one with another.

Bad news there.

If you hold the line she'll just be resentful.  If you give in, you'll be resentful,
.
Move on.

In my experience if she reluctantly accepted your ppm you were a backup in her mind anyways. No harm done, move on

She got the nail money (I'm guessing at least $100) and a free lunch. Not bad for a day's work.

You could respond with a "I´m sorry to learn that you feel that way.  If you change your mind, just let me know.  I wish you the best in your future." to keep the door open.

But, mentally, as others have said, move on and don´t count on getting her BCD.

I once had a potential SB that was just gorgeous (10/10 and a former beauty contestant winner) and we seemed to hit it off on the first meeting.  Yet, I never got a second encounter (let alone a BCD).  It was a last minute cancelation the first time and a no show for the second.  It just happens...

Same has happened to me - a 21y old model who met me for coffee m&g and touched my hand sensually several times didn’t the date but after, kept canceling on ppl bcd. My guess - I was a backup and she got a better offer

I went as high as 700 ppm for her (she asked for 1k per meet) which she had accepted at m&g but clearly it was below her expectations - given the money sloshing around in 2021, I bet she easily got her ask from someone else

I would tell her that I'm very comfortable with the role that some financial security plays in an established sugar arrangement. But we aren't there yet.  I'm giving you all the time you need to make a decision about an arrangement with me. No rush, your speed is my speed.  But the sugar does not flow in one direction only, it has to be mutually beneficial.

On my experience it either works right off the bat or it doesn’t.  If I were in your situation I would amscray

It's exceedingly rare that I have 2 "dates" and not get BCD's. But it does happen and so putting ego aside, clearly moving on is the correct response.  However, I did send a version of Sweetman's  reply above.  Simultaneously, moving on with 2 different M&G's this week.
