Huge red flag for me. Obviously hiding something.

If the body type is "average" and you only get a head shot - especially if the shot is at an odd angle - she's probably hiding the rest of the iceberg below the surface.  

 
But not an instant deal breaker for me, if that's the only negative issue. I will definitely ask for additional pics (after sending one or two of me) before I commit to a M&G.
