I need a vacation so I was looking at some destinations in the Carribean and South America. Next I looked for SB in some of these locations and started a few conversations which really got me interested. My big head decided to check the state departments travel advisories and that put a damper on my plans. So I’m going to wait for a couple weeks, maybe.

I wouldn't try going to Venezuela EVER again, or at least not until Maduro is gone. I thought it was bad the last time I was there under Hugo, but it has gotten a thousand times worse since then. And I wouldn't try going to either Colombia, Brazil or anywhere else in Latin America until after the lockdowns abate.
Personally, even though I LOVE Latin America and Latinas of course, I used to spend about a third of my time in either Colombia, Panama or Costa Rica, right now their lock downs are TIGHT. A friend of mine was stuck in Medellin for a good two months, unable to leave the country or even the apartment that he shared with his novia AND her parents (UGH) except for once a week to buy groceries. He is a German national and he finally got to leave to Germany and is still trying to figure out how to get back to the US.
The good news is whenever those countries do finally open up, can you imagine how hungry for both money and dick those putas will be after all this time doing without?
Well, I decided WTF and went to DR for a week in September. I found many woman on Seeking, whittled the list down to about 10, did WhatsApp video chats and moved to 3, repeated video chats and selected 2 - 1 for 3 days at my hotel straight through and then 1 for just an overnight. The first woman was a student (she said) and spoke some English. She made it her mission to give me as many orgasms as I could handle and she seemed to love doing it. So much so that my last night with number 2 was fun but I kept thinking about number 1.
I only left the hotel a couple times to walk around, bought some Viagra at the pharmacy, bought a few cigars, some Presidentes and we went to a restaurant one night but back before curfew. Yes, you are crazy. I don't think that language would be that much of a problem; English, Spanish and Portuguese are all closely related and it doesn't take too many words to know the appropriate terms for sex transactions. Travel restrictions and the virus would be enough given that those of us in the Western Hemisphere have decided to become to world's plague rats.
If you are going to do it anyway, I would suggest avoiding one of the floating petri dishes and flying straight to there and back from a place with a decent health care system. If I had to pick a place south of the Rio Grande, it would probably be Costa Rica. There are lots of Dominican and other Latin gals already here, some of whom are stranded here and probably happy for the business, who can satisfy both heads if you give them the chance.
Santo Domingo, airport to hotel, pool, restaurants inside, my lady will meet me there. After my first trip last month to Santo Domingo, I did not think it was more dangerous than traipsing around south Florida. I’m just tired of staying put, I need to travel so SDQ it is for now.

I spent 10 days in DR last year - on the north shore. Most of the tourist traffic is in the south, but I prefer the slower lifestyle in the north - less traffic means you can be the Big Fish in the small pond.
Most of the Chica's you will meet in the DR will be either Dominican or Haitian. So as long as you likes LBFM's you can order light or dark chocolate for your snacks. Pricing is relatively low compared to US rates for both SB's and Pros (or freelance/semi-pros); around $40 to $80 per session (2,000 to 4,000 DOP) depending on factors like time, hotness, and services requested.
Expect to wear a hat for FS, though BBBJ's are fairly common. Bring your own blue pills (if needed) and covers and don't trust local Vitamin V or Jimmy Hat vendors.
Find a local shop that will provide US to DOP money exchange for low rates. So much better than official Cambio booths or airport ATM's.
Some basic Spanish will go a long way with the Chica's. Use Google Translate for more complex issues. The DR population that caters to tourists (especially Westerners) will be helpful and patient while you stumble through translation issues. Tip well and tip often. A "big" tip of 100 DOP (Dominican Pesos) is about $2 US. But beware of crowds in tourist areas. Watch out for bump and grab thieves. And don't leave valuables like your phone or wallet on a table top where someone will grab it when you are distracted.
Wear masks and be aware of local safety protocols. You DO NOT want to have an argument with locals - as they will gang up on any Westerner who is an asshole and the cops will always side with the locals. It will be VERY expensive (Thousands in USD) to buy your way out of LE actions.
Finally, do not rent ANY vehicles. No cars and definitely no motor bikes. You will be ripped off and get charged for damage you didn't cause and probably doesn't exist. Take "moto conchos" (Motorbike taxis) for short distances, and Uber for longer rides - confirm the price with the Uber driver before you get in. Taxis at the airport are usually honest. In other places, not as much. But no matter the type, origin or destination of the ride service make sure to ask for and negotiate price before you sit on the bike or get in the car.
If you just want to shoot fish in a barrel (i.e.: Hot pros between 18-30 yrs old for $40/hr I have pics! No, I'm not sharing.), go to Blackbeards resort on the north side, near Sosua. They just reopened and are fully operational even under nighttime curfew. PM if you want details and I can refer you to right contacts.

That said, the rainy season in Costa Rica is just about to start, but you can still get plenty of sand, sun and chicas in Jaco if you want to head down there in April. Playa de Jaco is barely a 90 minute drive/cab ride from the SJO airport btw and by far the best destination for mongering in CR. Once May hits though it typically will rain every single day for months on end it seems, right on up until about Thanksgiving most years.
