It really comes down to you understanding the value of the experience and determining what you are willing to pay.  That said, I don't generally see a correlation between a girl's hotness and the amount I gift her.  As often as not, the less attractive girls want as much or more than the hottest ones.  And some of the most beautiful SBs I've ever dated, such as my current #1, are entirely reasonable about their expectation$.  As for a SD's looks influencing her demand$, that's hard for any one guy to determine.  Some women tell me I'm handsome.  Some tell me, ewww you're too old.   I never chase the ones who are not interested in me by offering more money to see if I can get into their pants.  Why bother when there's always some who seem genuinely eager?

As mentioned, the general rule is that there is no rule. There are too many factors that go into allowance expectations for both SD's and SB's to extract some reliable correlation. She may be a Los Angeles 10 in looks and KNOW it - so will demand $500-$1,000 without batting an eyelash. That same 10 may have serious self-confidence issues, packed with Daddy abandonment baggage, plus she may value a possible emotional connection and a "stable" drama-free presence in her life. Add a dash of cash-fueled desperation as well and she might gladly take $200-$300 from the fist guy who isn't a total asshole and treats her with kindness and respect. AND then no matter where she falls into that scale she may end up being a starfish in bed, just waiting for you to literally pump and dump.  

 
Conversely, you may find that women who's looks fall further away from your target of an ideal beauty with the same or no baggage, or at least calculus for how much allowance she needs (or wants). And these may be the women who are total freaks BCD - or they have dreaded rules like no oral, no kissing, etc. (not necessarily because they are a pro - could just be they don't like sucking dick..).  

 
Ultimately, you can't control her side of the equation, so control your side. How much allowance would you give to a "10" versus a "7" or "8" - assuming personality, sensual vibes, BCD activities are all equal?  Once you figure out what you are comfortable paying and that you can sustain that level of spend given your disposable cash budget, then you know what gift amount you can/will offer to any POT SB.  Meet enough POT's and you make deals that keep both of you happy - at least for a while.

I agree 100% with not equating looks with performance.
