So I usually take a pill before a date so that I'm ready for action. But this time, I'm doing a mini-vacation with a favorite and am not sure how to space out doses so that I will be ready throughout the course of the stay. We'll be together from about 5PM Friday to 5PM Sunday. Friday is easy - sex will probably happen after dinner. We usually have sex when we wake up. But then we are spending the whole day together. I'm sure we'll have sex Saturday night but it's certainly possible we'll also have a mid-day session. And then we'll probably have sex again Sunday morning.
This will be the most sex I've had in such a short period in a long time so I'm trying to figure out when to take the pills so that I'm ready but not taking too much. Anyone deal with this? I just received my first shipment of Rugiet, which is a combination of Viagra, Cialis and apomorphine (a "dopamine promoter" that "primes the brain for sexual arousal").
Did the first dose Saturday with my wife and I can say that it was POTENT. I was prescribed the medium strength dosage and I was never harder. Not sure if the apomorphine made a difference but I felt this intense desire to have sex that I hadn't felt in some time. Thankfully I was wearing a condom or I wouldn't have lasted as long.
Now here's where it gets interesting: it's 48 hours later and I'm still feeling some of the side effects. Morning wood, kinda horny, feel good, etc...
Getting Rugiet was easy and super fast. From filling the form, having the doctor approve the prescription, and then the product actually delivered was 3 days...and this was a shipment that originated in Miami and went to LA.
So what you could try for an extended date is Rugiet in tandem with another smaller dose of Cialis. The Cialis creates a baseline of sexual desire/ability and the Rugiet launches you into space. That's how I would roll if I was going on an extended date.
Something like $10-$12 a pop.
Rugiet is $20 a dose for higher strength and $25 for extra strength. There are discounts for with subscription and with coupons/sales:
- High Strength ("Most Prescribed"): $20 per dose (or $16.11 per dose with a quarterly subscription)
- Max Strength: $24 per dose (or $19.45 per dose with a quarterly subscription
Interesting. It has significantly higher levels of cialis than my HIMS medication, so that is probably what is accounting for the longer lasting results. I guess i would take one Friday night and hope it carries me through the whole day Saturday and then maybe take another Saturday night to cover the evening and Sunday morning?
Maybe I'll try it out and see how it works for me before my date.
Apomorphine is a powerful emetic. Isn't that a very bad thing during an intimate session!

After reading a book about men's sexual health that recommended daily cialis, I've been using a quarter dose of C every morning, to establish that base line. According the the Dr. who wrote the book, there's no downside to daily C. You can't overdose on it. On days that I have a date planned, I'll take an additional dose of Viagra one hour before showtime. For a weekend with many uncheduled opportunities, I'd increase the Cialis. That way, a spontaneous session might actually work!
Ill take a cialis in the morning then dissolve 100mg viagra dissolved with Joy Mode about an hour to 2 hours before playtime. Works great for marathon sessions.
But I'm team Viagra, which for me means I need to dose 2-4 hours before my expected BCD time. When I've traveled with an SB for an extended time, I usually try to plan/anticipate when the likely BCD times will occur. Then I carry a small pill holder in my pocket. Find these at any chain drug store like Wallgrens. They are typically less than one-inch cylinders or boxes that are easy to carry unobtrusively and can hold up to 8-10 pills. You can find dozens of different boxes like this on Amazon as well. I attach mine to my key ring with a quick-connect latch.
I try take the dose two hours before I expect to go BCD. If I need to be discrete about popping pills, I just do it in the bathroom.
I tried Cialis many years ago. It is supposed to "last all day" but I had inconsistent results. My doc advised me not to mix V and C, so not sure how the Rugiet concept works. However. I look forward to hearing reports here on its efficacy.

Interesting. The book I mentioned is titled "Best Sex Ever for Midlife Men and Their Partners : With DC" and was written by Dr. Erica Thost. (DC stands for Daily Cialis) My own PCP knows about my sex life and has said mixing V and C is fine. I've been getting better results by mixing them than I would with either one alone. He also gave me a Rx for Levitra, which I have yet to put to the test. My general impression is that I get a more intense, quicker result with V, and a slower, milder, but longer lasting result with C. Hence, combining them can be perfect. I'm thinking that's exactly the idea behind Rugiet which I had never heard of before, but am eager to try. Disclaimer: I'm not a physician, I'm only relating my experiences. My first dose of Rugiet went really well. You and I are in very stable, long term marriages and our partners are 100% cool with us playing in the bowl. Me being with other women is kind of a kink for my wife so she's happy to experiment with things before I go out in the wild. Things like condom use (we never used them in our marriage but my wife is happy to be my test subject to make sure I can perform wearing condoms with other women), using various toys and now Rugiet. I'll need a few more doses to see how I actually react to the drug but I can say I've never been harder and I had this intense (but not out of control) desire to F* my wife's brains out.

Ideally, I could take one Friday evening and then another one Saturday evening and be covered for the whole date. I just really don't want to be in a situation where we have a spontaneous moment Saturday afternoon and I can't perform. For overnights, I usually take a HIMS pill (V+C) in the evening and then a half in the morning - but the doses are smaller than what's in the Rugiet (especially for the Cialis) and performing later in the day isn't required.
Waiting 1-2 days for their "Doctor" (who could easily be some hack on Fiver LOL) to approve prior to shipping. I ordered the max strength dose, as it contains the same amount of Sildenafil I am currently taking. IF it works well enough to allow me to use condoms without any difficulties, a whole new world of POT's at more reasonable allowances will be available to me. If...

My wife, who loves that I play with others, was a willing “guinea pig” with the Rugiet and condom use. Never used a condom with her (and we’ve been together for 35 years) and I was unsure if I could perform with sugar babies using a condom. After all, I’m kind of new to all this. I’m happy to report that I had zero problems using a condom with her and look forward to the same with my sugar babies. In fact, I was happy that the condom slowed things down a bit as the Rugiet made me feel like I was going to burst, in the best way imaginable.
My first Rugiet test has been a success so far. Took it at 4PM yesterday and had great sex at 5Pm, 10PM, 10AM this morning and still feel like I could go again. I think the higher dose of tadalafil (CIalis) really makes a difference in the longevity of the effect. It's not the cheapest. I'm going to see if my HIMS medication can be adjusted to increase the tadalafil dosage (8mg vs 22mg in the Rugiet). That might be more cost effective.

I tested at various times and didn't really notice a significant difference. I still needed to dose at least 2 hours ahead for optimal effect.

I get generic chewable cialis from Mark Cuban’s drug company, and I think it’s less than $2 per pill! I take a half of a 20 MG pill three hours before the session, and I’m rock hard and loaded for bear for a solid hour! I find it works through the night and the entire next day! I’m 65 and lucky because not many ED issues yet ( knock on wood!)
As long as you can "knock on wood" you won't have any ED issues. LOL

I haven't had to resort to ED meds, so I have no personal experience, but I thought they were potentially dangerous for two reasons:
- Heart strain, and
- Potentially erect for hours, or more, which is dangerous in itself.
So aren't these mega dose/extra strength pills asking for trouble?

For me, years ago when I got my first prescription for Vitamin V, I started with minimal doses. But I've had to increase over the years to find a dose that (sort of) works for me. Fortunately, I've never seen any significant side effects from any medication I take, whether ED meds or something else.
I did consult my primary doc before ordering and he cleared me to try, with some cautions for what I should monitor.
I'd recommend everyone do the same before they start any new treatment. But hell, I didn't even change the brand of food I feed my cats without asking my veterinarian in advance. LOL
