Something I've dealt with for a while. I have trouble getting it up the first time I'm with a woman, sort of. Use to be the case before like 10 years ago and the addition of viagra to my diet. Anyway, I've tried the no porn no fap thing. For you, you have to find your rhythm and what works for you with your body chemistry. For me if I don't fap or watch porn for a week. Holy shit I don't even need a good scene to cum fucking hard. I mean toes curled enough to be mikhail baryshnikov. That's with Fapping. If I don't fap or watch porn then go have sex with a woman it's hard to get it up. I get backed up easily. I'm still horny, but can't perform, it's weird. If I go a few weeks same thing, I've tried a month before and same thing. That's the longest I've gone. After 2 weeks of no fap or porn I don't feel so horny physically, still mentally horny though.
I find that I need to fap at least every few days or it throws off my rhythm. I've also thought about fapping but not cumming and fapping and not cumming while watching porn before she gets there. I haven't tried this fully, but it seems like that might work as it's getting me all worked up. So it seems fapping and getting hard is more important than no fapping, meaning cumming feels good, but if I fap and don't cum at least I'm getting hard and getting all the juices flowing down there.
