Without anyone taking a thorough medical/lifestyle history from you, it is impossible to make such recommendations. Additionally, you need to be seen by a licensed physician in order to determine if ED medications are right for you. It is not as common for men at 30 to use Viagra, but your condition may require it - PLEASE SEE A PHYSICIAN AND DO NOT TAKE ADVICE OVER THE WEB regarding your health. Nocturnal erections can actually be measured at home with a specific device obtained from a urologist.

Your best bet at this time would be to ask the provider to use a female condom. In addition, I'm assuming you know to put some lubricant INSIDE the male condom, if she won't use a female one. And of course, intense and prolonged masturbation often creates a pattern which may compromise erection/ejaculation when having sex with a human female.

Can you recommend a lube that the girls won't freak out with if you show up with it?  None of the women I have seen recently use lube, but it's a good idea.  One did a long time ago and it was nice!  Perhaps nobody thinks to do so.....

Thanks for advice. I have never thought about lubricating the inside of condom and plus i never get to have sex anyway so Most of the Providers have been no penetration and just erotic full body massages and that still did not cause an erection and i will maybe one day talk to physician about ED.

Go see a good Urologist.  There are many med.s that will help.  Right now the newspapers are full of solutions which basically include injection therapy.  No, it doesn't hurt!

Not "some day" but soon.  Trust me on this.  There are a lot of illnesses that are real serious that have very few symptoms (or non obvious ones) but could cause ED.  Diabetes is the tip of the problem (if you'll pardon the pun).  There's also various forms of cancer, hepatitis, liver disfunction...

Of course, ED could be caused by simple things like exhaustion, depression, overuse of drugs/alcohol or other more benign problems too but you can't really tell without a doctor's examination.

If you're having problems, you really do need to talk to a doctor.  If it costs you a few bucks for a doctor to evaluate you and give you a clean bill of health, it's worth it.  If you can catch a problem like diabetes at the very beginning, you have a much better chance of avoiding more serious problems.  So, do yourself a favor.
