Takes half a day to get there; fly to Miami then a hop to then a short flight to the island.
I recommend the north side, near or on Susua. The easiest and saftest way to go would be to book at Blackbeards resort. They have 20-30 girls on campus available across day and night shifts. Restaurant and bars on site, pool / hot tub. Cheap rooms and low session prices round it off as a great one-week trip. And ALL guests are there for the same reason so no worries about discretion.

My only advice to add to this is to make sure that where you are going has the type of girls that float your boat.
I was curious about Blackbeards and signed up for their newsletter. The photos they send show girls that are maybe a 3 or 4 as far as my taste goes. Zero chance I would ever take time and spend money to go there. I'd rather go to the FKK clubs in Germany, where they have way hotter ladies. A trip to Germany is easy to do if you have a full week.

I found a few negative reviews about Playboy Vacations but many, many more positive ones. Some of the negative reviews were challenged to be posted from competitors on the island trying to smear the company. I'd like to look into this more as it looks like something I may possibly want to try. Anyone on here have any experience with Playboy Vacations? It does seem too good to be true.
FWIW, I joined Dr Nights for a 3 month, $93 membership. With the membership, you can see all the girls, including the services offered -- and the menus are quite extensive. To do BBFS, one has to send an extra 2k -- to cover testing for the girl and "incentives" for the girl and one has to get tested before arriving.
I have looked into playboy vacations, too, and both dr nights and playboy look sort of TGTBT.
But supposedly, you get a companion for 24 hours a day. They also heavily push all the other activities there -- sailing, fishing, pool parties, etc.
I would like to get a real review from someone who has gone.
I spent 10 days at Blackbeard's in 2017. This was a deliberate sexcation and I left my SB's at home for this. I have taken SB's on internation travel in the past - with mixed results. This time I just wanted to bang multiple Latino babes while enjoying the laid-back Caribbean life.
I spent a lot of time comparing BB to Dr Nights before booking. At that time, they had just introduced the $2k + Tests for BBFS service. It looked too good to be true. But I dd find some corroborating blog posts and reviews, along with a search of the P4P legal landscape and found no evidence of it being a scam in any way.
But the budget needed for Dr Nights compared to BB (DRN is roughly 10x more than BB) was a blocker for me for my first trip to the DR. Not including airfare, a 10-day stay (including unlimited time with the talent) at DRN would cost around $14k, while 10 days at BB (including once a day with the talent) cost me around $1,400, including food and bev. Both are excluding non-BCD activities like excursions (dune buggy, snorkeling/skiing, tours, etc.) off "campus". BTW at BB you can invite a Chica to go with you on an excursion if you negotiate some compensation for her time. At DRN, the Chica stays with you all day and they provide many activities as part of the package.
If I decide to go back to the DR, I may try DRN for a shorter stay, maybe 4-5 days tops. Remember, it's important to include travel time in your planning. From California, it's a 5-hour flight to Miami (or another east-coast location) then a 1-3 hour hop to the island, plus a 30-45-minute drive to the resort.
If you want to stay in Porta Cana on the south-east side, the resorts there tend to be non-hooker-friendly and won't be offering in-house Chicas or allowing you to bring one to your room (use a short time hotel). But those are excellent destinations for bringing an SB with you.

It's also not clear how Blackbeard's handles the condom issue. An earlier post of yours a while back mentioned that Blackbeard's has a mandatory condom requirement and if you ask about it they ban you?
Dr Nights appears to have or had a 2K testing option which as you've noted makes the whole thing really cost-prohibitive.
Blackbeard's looks a bit low end to me, compared to Playboy. But it's anyone's guess if Playboy is legit.
There are so many potential hazards to a DR trip, especially now with passport issues and immigration hassles not to mention all the crime and disease in a place like DR. I don't want to be unrealistically paranoid but it seems like there are a lot of dangers and potential pitfalls. Once you get there if you don't like the girl provided or they do a bait and switch and it isn't to your liking you are pretty much stuck.

When I was at BB on 2017, Dr Nights had just launched their BBFS option. The DR shares an Island with Haiti, one of the highest-AIDS infected countries on the planet. In addition, BB is located in Punta Cana, near the city of Sosua, which is rife with cheap street hookers ($20-40) that are a mixed bag of drug addicts, pimped out (not all voluntarily), and "drug you and you and sell your kidneys" scammers mixed in with the legit providers. There was (still is?) a lot of government pressure on sex providers to curtail the spread of STDs, though BBBJ is the norm for 90% of the BB Girls.
Now in the last 2-ish years, post COVID, I have seen reports on BB that some Chicas will allow BBFS for an upcharge - negotiated in the room only. The resort is just that, a resort. Brothels are not legal in DR, though many are tolerated (due to bribes, staying UTR, etc.). Picking up a street girl in Sosua runs a huge risk of STD's, even with condoms. These girls generally do not have access or interest in getting tested. The girls at BB must be tested regularly. And the same is true for DRN, of course, even if the guest does not pay for the BBFS upcharge.
As far as safety, BB is inside a gated neighborhood. I never felt unsafe or threatened, eve when I took a taxi outside the area along the coast and into Sosua for a bar crawl with a fellow BB guest. But I maintained my street smarts, of course, and did not do anything stupid, like walking alone, drunk, in the dark.
If you simply cannot abide condoms, Dr Nights may be your only viable option there, other than bringing an SB. I don't have any experience with Playboy. BTW: On getting the "right" girl, DRN does two things. On your arrival, you go to a mixer event where you can meet your chosen girl and if desired you can swap her out. Next, if you are staying multiple days, you can also request a new girl once a day. Any "bait and switch" risks are minimized.
On passports and immigration, in 2023 I applied for Global Entry. It took several months to complete the process but once I was approved, it has been an amazing benefit. The process includes background checks, disclosing your past travel outside the US, and some other vetting. The benefit? The last two times I returned to the US, I sailed through the special lane for Global Entry without breaking stride. Didn't even need to show my passport or GE card. They used a facial recognition device to validate me. No questions, no uncomfortable scrutiny, no demands to look at my phone or social media. Of course, I am a US citizen, in my 60's and not brown.

This discussion has been enormously helpful, but it doesn’t really make me want to visit DR. For the money and time, I think I can do everything a lot more safely at home in a staycation.
For me, the best place to go has been Phoenix, for sure. None of the hassles/risks associated with foreign travel. And a tremendous number of SBs on seeking, many of whom are dtf an out of town visitor at his hotel if approached correctly and properly incentivi$ed. Of course, it does take a lot of pre-trip effort to line up 2 or 3 dates and hope at least one or two actually show up. But I've had very good luck with the success rate there. And the quality of the girls. Plus, they all speak English!
All these are interesting ideas but it all depends on your vacation goals.
It's one thing to want a babe to spend a few days on your arm and lying on the beach (and in bed). But if your goal is to visit a new place and fuck as many women as possible, that's a different story.
Just be aware that if you're trying to have one or more SBs on this trip, that usually takes a bit of planning and vetting.
