I am a guy that loves going down on a lady, but I am alittle concerned about STD's that an escort may have. Can't wear a goodyear on my lips! How can one be sure she is clean?

Unless she shows you a very recent lab test, there is no absolute certainty. And if you want certainty, having sex with absolute strangers is not the way to go.

How can you be sure that ANY woman you go down on is clean?  The reality is that providers practice safer sex than many of the women that you would meet in a bar.  

I've been paying for sex for well over 20 years and I've never had an STD. My best friend, who is the same age as me, has never been married and never paid an escort. He dates regularly and has had more STD's over the 30 years I've known him than either of us can remember...

I wouldn't be offended at all and keep them handy in my own supplies.  Simply expressing your desire to play safe should be appreciated and respected!

To be more enjoyable put lube on the side that goes against her and use fingers or a toy too to distract her from the latex until it warms up and feels more natural.  (IMHO, Saran Wrap feels much better than dental dams.  Get the original version, not the porous microwavable kind.)  

A professional should be curious and should be willing to allow you to play as safely as you would like.  If she doesn't like it and that's important to you, or if she does not display those qualities, move on to someone else who will enjoy the time as YOU like.

I think a man who cares about his (and his partners) health is sexy as hell!
