I've gone through this before with folks.  But my latest post shows that either no one remembers it or read it when I put it out there last time.

For starters, my now ex, was with me for 4 years.  I had unlimited dates.  Unlimited sex.  And could come over and see her whenever I wanted.  The lease is in my name so I can boot her anytime.  Which I did earlier this year with another SB I found out had a boyfriend.

So, why do it and risk?  I have a fixed amount I pay every month and I control the apartment.  I'm not sending her rent money at the beginning of the month hoping not to get burned.  I know there will come a month that I will get burned.  But, her ppm would have cost me far more.  For two years I paid about 2500 a month in rent.  Her ppm was 500.  I averaged 6 dates, some full weekends, and several overnights.  Average sex per date 3 times.

When?  Minimum one year of consistent dates.  3-4 a month.  I dangle the carrot at about 6 months if we are having a good time.  Saying I'd like this to be more consistent.  And to make it more consistent for you, this is something I've done in the past.  Few girls actually go through with the consistency and stay ppm or fade.  They don't really want to commit to that many dates.  Others get snobby and want a super high end luxury apartment.  I mention that will happen when we live together.

How come I went this way?  The answer is simple.  I have my monthly budget and I know how often I want to see someone/get laid.  Girls know they have committed to seeing me more when I pay their rent.  PPM they can flake and go out with friends.  Rent, if it's been two weeks I tell them to come over Friday and pack for the entire weekend.  If they give me shit for it, I remind them of our arrangement.  I've had a few girls last a few months and decide to move out.  It's fine, the apartment can turn over for another girl waiting in the wind.

Seriously NN, it sounds like you have refined and debugged this system and it works great for you.  So, major props, and keep on enjoying.  For me, it would not be a good idea, for 2 simple reasons.  First of all, I'm too old to have sex as often as you can!  I'd struggle to have enough sex with her to justify the monthly cost of an apartment.  And secondly, I really enjoy the variety of having several SBs I can rotate through.  At the moment I have one steady young beauty I see every 2 weeks, we've been doing this for over a year.  #2 is a new SB who is really enjoying exploring her sexuality for the first time in her life, and loves me showing her new activities to enjoy.   And #3 is a returnee.  First met her back in 2018.  Every few months she shows up and fucks my brains out, as we did just this week.  For me, this situation is ideal.  

The biggest challenge with a monthly allowance is the risk of your SB not delivering on her side.  Mix leases for real estate or cars into the mix and you risk being stuck with long-term financial commitments without the benefits you negotiated, unless you just want to dry-hump the sofa in your empty apartment.  

 
Your story shows us how to mitigate much of that risk: maintain complete control of the assets. That allows you to "repossess" your assets at any time and presumably redeploy them to the next opportunity.  As long as you have the budget, knowledge, and time to manage all parts of the deal, you can enjoy the heightened benefits of near anytime access and consistency with a premium SB.  

 
So it must hit hard when a near-perfect set up falls apart after 4 years.  Hard, but not too deep, since you only need to qualify a new SB to slot (pun intended) back into the deal.

2500 is super steep and then tying it to her place to live sounds risky and a bit cruel  as to when you kick her ass out.
I do 1200 and my rotation is happy as ever.  
They all work so it just a way to show them I'm consistent.
And funny, now, all of them wanted this along with a request to be exclusive from their end, i.e., they don't feel or want to be fucking multiple guys

I never said this is for everyone.  It gives a lot of advantage for someone you really like.  Especially if they are consistent already.  It gives both of you stability.

If budget is an issue than don't do it.  If you like several girls and don't want to stress, am I seeing her enough....

I did this setup with my first SB. Never again! Thank goodness the landlord had my back and notified me of the comings and goings there. She agreed to leave and went off with a guy who had come into a million bucks. That lasted 2 months lol.

What if she stops fucking you and refuses to leave? Evictions aren't all that easy or quick

You order her to leave, she then gets an order of protection against you saying that you threatened her.
Good luck on getting the police to evict her.

Not the easiest.  But, most of the time you can get it done in a month.  Three times I've had an arrangement end.  One moved out already, was just trying to keep money.  One I found out had a BF living with her and quietly packed up.  The third is right now.  I told her she can stay but has to pay rent now.
