A couple of things to consider:
She's going down this road with or without you. There definitely are risks for her both physically and psychologically.  
I think you can both have positive experiences if you treat her well and respect her boundaries. We've seen plenty of nice stories about younger women and older men, and it can be a kink or fantasy for them as well. So it's possible.

I probably would not sugar date if I had to limit my SB's to over 35. And I definitely would not if I had to stick with SB's over 40.  Yes, there is an argument that the bedroom skillset may improve with age. But the baggage increases exponentially as well.  I won't make that trade off of 10-20% better skills for 50-100% more baggage.  

 
The last time (in 2018) I had a M&G with a woman over 40 (she claimed she was a 43-year-old divorcee. I suspect she was at least 50), she made the following remark less than 15 minutes into our dinner date: "I think you can really straighten out my 22-year-old son. His father is a bum." NOPE, NOPE, and FUCKING NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I excused myself to take a pee, gave the waiter $75 to cover drinks and appetizers already ordered, and bailed out the back door.  

 
My sugar sweet-spot is, and always will, be 18-25, with exceptions only for extremely hot and slutty model types with no kids (I hope) and active-career porn stars with reasonable (less than $1k) allowance needs for multi-hour dates.  

 
So no, friend netnoy. No guilt at all. I'll be 63 this month and I started sugaring in 2012. Treating her well is always going to happen.  I'm definitely going to see her again.  She is very sweet.  And definitely has her head on her shoulders.  Job and school.  Both going well.  So helping her out is something I'm down for.

My sweet spot is and has always been 18-25.  And remember, I'm 77.  I simply don't understand what you would be guilty about.  My current #1 is just 23 and loves our arrangement.  We're both getting a variety of needs met, and it's totally consensual.  So what's there to feel guilty about?

I doubt any of these girls are virgins.  So sex is not really the issue.  It would only be sex for pay that may be an ethical issue.  I guess there the only age question is if it is something that they aren't yet old enough to understand the consequences if any.

So I don't think it is a big issue.  My youngest was 18 and I'd do it again, but I don't have specific age ranges -- I'm more into variety and also enthusiasm.

I agree with this philosophy. It's really about the enthusiasm level and the variety of ages that excites me. I try not to put an age range on it. As long as they are of legal age, they are capable of making adult decisions. Their experience with a much older responsible SD is likely to be much better than with men their own age.    

Bailed on 18 (by 1 month) a few weeks ago.  Hotel meeting scheduled, started talking about school the day before, and she was in HS (cancelled day of).  Thought she was in college. Oops.
