So I somehow found a girl on SA who's only condition is exclusivity... She's hot, young, doesn't care about specific amounts of money or amounts of time spent... Isn't fake... has a real job... She just likes older men who treat her well.  I'm in a position, being single and living alone to actually agree to this sort of arrangement...

So what do you experienced SD's make of a scenario that sounds this potentially amazing?

How well does this fit with what you are looking for? Sounds like you are into her so why not go for it. If ur ok with being exclusive then it sounds like a home run. I am assuming that she is going to be exclusive with you as well. You could test drive her for a couple months and if you click with her then continue seeing her for as long as you continues to work for you.  

Sounds like a no brainer but if there's something fishy about her (like she's secretly BSC) you'll find out soon enough. No risk no reward!

It can happen... I had a SB in North California who was a former Iranian fashion model. At 32 she was still extraordinarily hot! She had a job in financial services (with a competitor to my company!), drove a BMW and had a few SD's on the side with real money ($1m+ balances).   She insisted on seeing me at least once a month.   Go figure.  

I think she just really liked the idea of having sex for money.  

My advice:  
Approach with caution, and fuck her brains out as often as you can.  But be careful of "innocent" little add-on requests...  

"Oh Hun, can you please get me a new phone? Someone at work dropped mine and the screen is cracked. I need a phone so we can stay in contact!"  

"He babe! I need $300 to get my hair for this weekend trip with you.... Pleeezzee! You want me to be beautiful, don't you?"

Etc.   It's always an emergency and always not her fault, and always has an angle that threatens her ability to see you.  

The answer to all of these is a polite no. Not "maybe" or "we'll see".  Those will be taken as "yes".  If she continues these asks she's working you over for more than you want to commit to funding

I would certainly take her out for a test drive if I found her hot, and "if" she proved to be "enough for my needs" I could even live up to her request, but for how long I really couldn't say. Monogamy for me is not really that hard, but monogamy for any extended period of time requires someone I am REALLY into, and that interest can wane at any moment, but I am not a "cheater" I usually just let the relationship die rather than go sneaking around.

If she plans on going BB with you, the expectation of monogamy usually comes with it. Obviously you are on a site where almost everyone here is married and cheating, so expect a LOT of guys who would simply lie and claim they weren't seeing anyone else, but that's a separate matter I suppose and one for another thread.

I'm assuming you are married, she knows that, and by exclusivity she means you aren't allowed to have any other SBs or lovers.  I've had a few who I would have gladly agreed to that kind of exclusivity with, but none of them ever asked for it.  I've had a few demand  in advance that they be my one and only SB and I have declined.  And I've had a few I REALLY wanted to get together with who have absolutely refused once they knew I was married.  Even after I explained my wife and I are poly and she's cool with it, the POT SB still refused.  That strikes me as odd since I think most SDs are married.  As for your SB, if you like her enough give the exclusivity a try.  But are you currently involved with other SBs?  If you are, then you'd have to drop them to honor her request and that's a much bigger thing she's asking.
