Two questions please, brought about by post on the National Boards.
1.  What is proper etiquette apres sex, assuming it was the male using a condom and not the female?  Who removes the wrapper and disposes of the condom?  I though there was no one answer, that depended upon the couple really.

2. After an initial orgasm in the male, does cleaning up the penis with a warm washcloth assist in getting a second erection by expanding the blood vessels and helping the poor darling keep blood flow alive and well?

Hello, sgandolfs,

How nice that you are so concerned with condom removal etiquette! As of now, Emily Post has mysteriously avoided the topic; an informal survey among providers reveals that it's usually the wimminfolk who clean up the wrapper pile afterwards [how typical, hahaha!] A provider who leaves used up condoms littering the floor is considered "messy," unless it's in her own home of course, then she's got more leeway. But in hotels, it generally falls on the provider to leave a nice and clean room - although it's OK to leave used up washcloths discreetly in a corner of the bathroom ;-)

The cleanup process appears to happen in conjunction with warm washcloth application and making post-coital nice in general. As to warm water, yes, it does increase blood flow to the penile area, although it would really depend more on the individual refractory period for each male as to a second erection. Also, a warm washcloth gets cooled down pretty quickly. I have my doubts on this one, as I believe a warm, wet cloth in itself would not be the dealbreaker. Some manipulation of the genital area, coupled with a good dose of visual stimuli [read hot woman exposing erogenous body parts] will probably be more important in this regard. But of course, it's all individual. Somewhere out there, a man is getting washclothed right now, getting a second rise out of being lovingly twiddled.

Get out there and do a study, folks,
