Congrats on your success, Minty! I too have found that for the most part, the older ones deliver a better experience all the way around. Many of my best SB's have been over 30. Good to hear a success story. All too often we can get bogged down and discouraged with the ones that don't go so well or don't go at all. When it works, it's a real high! Just to comment though, that in my experience older has definitely not been better:
- Usually expensive. THIS is the killer. Older women almost always have higher financial needs. They want more money. And consistently.

- The damaged ones. Bad divorce, bad experiences, whatever....
- More commitments. Children, work, home, just more......
I generally have to agree. There are definitely more obstacles to navigate with older SB's. A quick scan of this thread suggests that there is no universal sweet spot of age/looks/performance/allowance that works for all.
Not really surprising, is it? I think it just reinforces the idea that no matter how well we try to specify and quantify what we call attractive, it is inevitably a subjective measurement.
Personally, I just love "measuring" all those 18-24-year-old babes. LOL That's how I came up my Three-Fives rule for preference: Under 25, under 5'5", and under 105 lbs. And ideally, well under $400 (used to be $300, but that is increasingly difficult to find lately).
