I'm taking a 10-day trip to the Dominican Republic in July. Going solo so I'm thinking of testing the local Chica Sugar Bowl while I'm there. A preliminary search within 25 miles of the area I'll be staying looks promising; maybe two dozen recently active profiles (w/i 2 weeks) of POT's between 18 and 28.  When I'm about 3 weeks out, I'll modify my settings so that POT's get notified when I view or fav them and I'll start actively messaging 2 weeks out. I'll have 10 largely unstructured days there so my schedule is very flexible. I'm also working on my Spanish skills.

I'll change my SOP for this and aggressively message many (all?) viable POT's hoping to get at least 2 or 3 to respond. And I'll press for M&G's with an option for same-day BCD, rather than allowing a more relaxed schedule for BCD follow ups. Hoping to get from reply to WhatsApp asap whenever possible.

Some considerations:  Being a pro in the DR is legal. But pimps and brothels are not. I think this means I can be more aggressive about negotiating for BCD (off the site) but I'll still need to play each opportunity by ear.  Speaking of pros, there are AMPLE numbers of putas available for hire there and it's dirt cheap by US Sugar standards - about $50 for ST and $80 for overnights.  In fact, I'll be staying at a resort which is provider friendly so I'll literally have dozens of pro's (mostly DR's and Columbian women between 24-32) within line of sight without leaving the campus.  And these pro's get mandatory monthly health checks. (I'll get my own fresh test the day I leave the states.) Still, the allure of a non-jaded, sweet 18-22 yr old innocent hottie is strong.

Since Viking closed up shop I think http://charlisangels.com is the premier adult vacation resort going.  I've always wanted to visit the DM and check it out.  Way more expensive than what you have in mind of course, but the upside is their rotating crop of beautiful European girls.

The problem is: they don't guarantee those girls in the most recent photos.  In fact, and maybe I'm being pessimistic, the current crop is generally local with the passing few RU/UK beauties.  
For some of the girls they display, I'd be there in a second, but I have my doubts.

I did a fair amount of research, including extensive reviews of the uber-expensive top-shelf "companions included" resorts. They suggest you can preselect from the models pictured on their site, but as mentioned you will most likely end up selecting from a group of locals when you get there. The packages are amazing; One, two, or more companions assigned 24x7, with an additional add-on for 4 hours for extra $$$$. Private villas with full staff, food & booze, VIP clubbing, and more.  But they start at $900-is per day and go up to over $4k per day.  If you carefully explore their site you will even see there is an optional $2k "tip" to the companion to allow you and to go bare, after a local doctor's review and confirmation of your fresh test.

By comparison, you can get a decent hotel room or apartment/Airbnb for $40-$100 a day and get a local Chica for $40-$70. So the high-end resorts are.... well I'll use the technical term.... fucking stupid.

Viking is long gone, but DR Nights and PlayboyVacations seem to be the new players. At the lower end, is Blackbeards (Barba Negra).  That's where I'll be. For a total ala carte experience, get a room in nearby Sosua and recruit from the hundreds of freelancers on the streets and in the bars.

My total budget including a pro a day works out to about $225 a day, plus airfare there and back.

Not sure I'll be able to take a Chica to my room every night. But I'm sure gonna try!

Obviously the "high end" joints with staffed with Eastern European women are exactly as you put it STUPID, and designed for guys who are clueless and/or don't care about the money. The ironic thing about them is the fact that if you saw these same women in their own, overwhelmingly white countries these girls don't make any more money at home than the Dominicanas make in the DR. They are simply white in a brown country, which makes them exotic, kind of like brown girls in a white country are considered "exotic" too. lol

 
If you do an ala carte comparison of what you get at the "high end" joints you will find you are overpaying at a rate of about 4-1 on the low side to as much as 10-1 on the high side. I would call these places the adult version of taking a guided tour to Europe (or any other guided tour for that matter) IMO, if you want to fuck Eastern European women, go to Europe. lol

 
As for Blackbeards, I have heard a lot of good things about them, especially from mongers with a lot of experience who I know from all over Latin America. It's decent, clean, well known by the local putas and safe. There is one downside where it comes to Sugar Babies, EVERYBODY in the DR knows about Blackbeards, If a girl will accompany you back there she is not an "innocent" she's a pro, but i'll make another post regarding your original post about SB's as I don't want this post to get too lengthy.

 
For anyone else reading this, I also want to mention the non puta "all inclusive resorts" that are so popular in the DR, One thing to keep in mind about those places is that ALL of them have a firm "no hookers allowed on the property" policy in place, unless said hooker is a paid guest there. If you stay at one of those places and you try to bring a chica onto the property, unless she is registered in the room with you they will refuse her entry onto the property. Does anyone REALLY want to stay in a fancy place on the beach, but have to do your fucking in a cheap motel?

You are absolutely correct that once you leave the Seeking site you can be as direct as you'd like about negotiating for BCD with the POT SBs, You can even be VERY direct about services, IOW if BBBJ is important to you, you don't have to speak in code, you can be as direct as you'd like. This includes the putas and the SB's alike. I know it's tough to get used to if you've been trained by American hookers to 1) never negotiate and 2) never talk about sexual services. Just keep in mind you are NOT in the US and different rules apply.

 
I also took a quick look at the local talent on Seeking in the area you are going to be in and I agree it looks encouraging, especially if you are like me and you get tired quickly of a constant diet of dark chocolate. Don't get me wrong, I LIKE chocolate, but I like to mix it up too and one thing you will find about the Putas in the DR, there is most definitely a TYPE there, and several of the chicas I saw on Seeking break that stereotypical type that you are going to find at BlackBeards and the other places in the area you'll be staying.

 
Now for some pluses and minuses regarding sugaring in a country like the DR. First off as you mentioned, putas are plentiful and cheap, so cheap in fact that it's VERY unlikely that you will find an SB who is cheaper than a pro, most likely you are going to find the opposite to be true, the SB's are going to consider themselves BETTER than the common putas and many of them are going to have high ask (by DR standards of course) to go BCD with you. They are going to hope that you are just a dumb gringo who doesn't know any better, and of course you can't blame them for trying. lol  

 
Another thing to keep in mind, many of these SB's are actually putas themselves and are simply the smart ones who have figured out other ways to market themselves besides working the bars. Don't be surprised to find out that "innocent young thing" you found on Seeking works the bars full time as well and is hardly fresh or innocent. lol Speaking of fresh and innocent, if you do find an SB who is not a full time or part time puta, I GUARANTEE you that she will know what kind of guy you are once you tell her where you are staying, if she is indeed NOT a puta your chances of getting her back to your room at BlackBeards are about ZERO, no non puta is going to be caught dead in a place like that because EVERYBODY is going to see here and she'll be labeled a puta forever. It's just like trying to take a tica you met in church back to the Del Rey with you, it is NOT going to happen. lol

 
One of the great things about sugaring in a place like the DR is the fact that you don't HAVE TO get laid, you can afford to take a lot of chances on dates that are never going to end up BCD because the moment you leave your SB you'll have a hundred different putas wanting to suck your dick for the price of a round of drinks back home. It's a great way to break up your day, work on your skills without really ever worrying whether or not she's going to fuck you. One thing that will improve your chances of landing a DR Unicorn that's been discussed here is to dangle the bait that you might start coming back, and coming back OFTEN. Most Dominicanas, just like most Nicas, Ticas and Colombianas who do this are hoping for some guy to fall in love with them and take them out of the shitty lives they have.  Any chica who is going to fuck you knowing you are going home if a few days never to return is going to be a pro, unless you have mad skills as a player and you've already told us that's not the case. So if you want an "innocent" you have to let her at least thing she has the chance of landing a real novio, not just some gringo who's going to toss her a few bucks for her pussy.

 
Personally, I think making a bunch of sugar dates is a great way to break up your day. Once upon a time I used to spend my entires days/nights drinking at the bar and fucking a different chica every few hours for days on end. I no longer have the desire to fuck EVERY chica, I am pretty content fucking two or at the most three different chicas each day which leaves a LOT of time to fill. What better way to spend your time than with a bunch of non pros who may or may not end up fucking you? I love the uncertainty of the sugar bowl especially when I know that I can get laid five minutes after I drop off a POT SB who ends up not wanting to fuck me.

And thanks for the additional callout about non-pro al-in resorts. I didn't comment on this earlier, but I had already determined that the only way to play when staying in these (typically when you go to DR with a spouse/GF, family or coworkers) is to head into nearby Sosua to find a freelancer and rent a cheap, non-air conditioned, shitty "love room" for a couple of hours.  Not really my preference.

So I'll take away three things from your post:

1. Staying at Blackbeards will insta-kill my chance for taking a POT to my room for BCD.  If I can get a M&G that leads to BCD, I'll have to rent a short-time room and then explain it to her with some pretext about a room mate, or buddy at my hotel. I might still try to do this with one or two POT's just to see how well my game plays in a Latin-based culture (Tijuana doesn't count LOL).   But I'm not going to spend too much time or effort trying to convert.  Also, given the corruption issues with local LE and government in the area, I'll need to stay north of my target age range of 18-22. If I misread an ID or get fooled with a fake ID from some Chica who is desperate to get some Gringo cash, I could end up in a world of shit, even if she gives consent, or even if her family gave consent.

2. I can be much more liberal and explicit when negotiating with a puta or a POT for what I like and want BCD. This means I can hopefully get much more enjoyable sessions as I'll be able to increase my chances for getting exactly what I want.  This was also confirmed in other discussions I've had elsewhere.

There really aren't a lot of cut and fast rules except for those that we make for ourselves.  

 
1.  Blackbeards will only kill your chances for BCD with a POT if said POT is not only a non pro, but considers herself "above" being a common puta, but yes we have all been out with POT's that would NEVER consider themselves prostitutes even though they "fuck for bucks" lol  I also would not be too concerned about the age of the putas at Blackbeards, they would never allow themselves to be complicit in underage prostitution and nothing would be worse for business than having a bunch of their guests ending up in jail for jailbait. One of the beauties of staying in a play like Blackbeards is that no underage chicas are allowed on the property. I would agree that you need to exercise a lot of caution where it comes to the non pros that you may find on Seeking.

 
2.  Yes, you can be as explicit as you want when negotiating with either a puta or a POT and this extends to both price and services. The good thing about having a lot of Sugar experience is that unlike most American mongers you are already used to negotiating price, most TER members have been browbeaten into accepting the premise that negotiating with a hooker is somehow "disrespectful", There are some accepted "going rates" in the DR but it's perfectly acceptable to negotiate both price and the services you expect with any woman down there, whether she is a puta or a POT.

 
3.  Yes, even bad Spanish can be helpful. It also shows you have made an effort and that you aren't just an "Ugly American" expecting everything to be just like it is "back home". Even mongering down there is very much like Sugaring in the US, the more game you have, and the more they like you, the better deals you can make. Even the rudest, ugliest mongers can still get laid down there, but putas are human too, everything is done in person and these girls aren't screening through the internet, both parties are on an even footing and they can skip right by any gringos they find rude or disgusting (unless they REALLY need the money) and the hottest chicas who are in the most demand usually have the luxury of picking and choosing their customers. A gringo who at speaks at least a little Spanish is going to have that much more an edge than the guy who can't speak a word. Don't be afraid of butchering the language, most Dominicanas speak enough English to make up your slack.
