This morning I was browsing my search results as usual, when suddenly the screens would not populate. Tried several times, lo9gged off, and tried to log back on again. I always log on the same way: I enter my unique email address, one I created for seeking and use for no other purpose. they send me a 6 digit code, which I enter and log on. But this time when I tried entering the email address and requesting a code I got the following error message: "There was an issue connecting your email. Please try another method." Not helpful! I don't know any other method of logging on. Any ideas? I did send an email to [email protected] and received an auto response acknowledging their receipt of my message.

I've had problems reaching the TER website itself, and then issues with pages not serving when links are clicked. This has been going on for over a month now for me, and it seems to be worse early in the morning. Ping check shows intermittent slow response rates and at times completely unreachable and the page request times out.
