Hi all, I just read Brandon Wade's latest blogpost. It's a small masterpiece of appearing surprised without actually saying anything much. He is responding to Google Play Store's policy banning sites that promote “compensated sexual relationships” and says this ban does not apply to SA. It may be the height of disingenuousness, but we have to acknowledge that he is trying to protect our interests as well as his. The most important statements for us SDs to consider are his allegations that: 1. SA polices their site, with teams working 24/7 from 3 countries 2. SA bans users who violate their rules. 3. SA uses AI to scan for images and transactional language 4. SA has a self policing community My take away from this is that we need to be really careful about how we conduct ourselves on the site, especially when discussing allowances. The women we talk to are mostly unaware of the risks. Way too often I get asked "how much will you pay me" sort of questions. Or recently one said "we could start off with PPM and then see how it goes". That sort of language might not get them banned, but it sure as fuck would get us banned! Previously I simply used euphemisms. For example, instead of saying PPM I said gift per visit. But now with their new increased vigilance, I hesitate to discuss money at all. But I don't want to appear evasive! Or cheap! And let's face it, lots of these girls are sick and tired of beating around the bush and want to know upfront what you are offering them.
So for the time being my response goes something like this. "I approve of the role that $ugar plays in an arrangement and consider it a privilege to help my SB. But I prefer to discuss specifics offsite." Then I suggest moving to email or text. Just be careful in your own language not to do anything which could be construed as promoting compensated sexual relationships.
I've always been scrupulous in avoiding a ban since the latest one was my 4th or 5th identity on SA. I never responded to let's meet tonight kind of messages and avoided the keywords like ppm etc.
I let my paid plan expire back in June but kept logging in to check on newcomers in my area to decide whether it was worth another $90. Of course if you are not paid up you can't message anyone.
Yet suddenly last week I get banned for "soliciting...". Huh? I emailed them and they replied the same thing about soliciting without explaining how that could have happened a good 6 weeks being a non-premium. They wanted a statement by email that I would agree to their Terms before re-instating my account. Something's up.
I heard today on a legal podcast that somebody plowed a Mack truck through Section 230 based on sesta fosta. That must be freaking them all out. Motion to dismiss denied and full discovery granted
I had my account re-instated and and went through my messages to figure out what got me banned. I used my old Google Voice number as a filter. That was it !- again. I keep making the same mistake. People: do not give out a phone number or email that was previously associated with an old banned account. Their bots seem to keep track of them and scan messages.
