There are BitCoin ATMs where you can deposit cash into a bitcoin account. I am not sure if you have to have an account first, or if you can create one there. I had started looking into this at some point for web hosting and that never materialized, so I never followed through. coinflip.tech is the website and there is a locator there.
I was thinking about restarting on Secret Benefits, but when I looked at buying credits it said it only accepts bitcoin. Oddly it doesn't give a way to do this easily, but tells you to contact support. Strange -- I guess so many people complained and requested refunds.

No one has responded from customer service on how to actually pay by BTC. I think it's possible by Venmo. It does appear that you can set up a new account and pay by credit card, so that may have some accounts flagged. I never complained about anything.. but I exhausted my credits a while ago and have been inactive. SO it looks possible to set up a second account, but a bit of a pain.
I didn't even get the option to pay in bitcoin. I clicked on the # of tokens I wanted and bam, it was done. Didn't even ask me for my credit card (as I guess its on file from before.)
