I know I am probably a bit lax on checking the ID of the younger SB's that I see, but this is a reminder of the risks of not doing so. In my defense, most of the "younger" girls I see go to the college that I live close to and NOT to any high school. I have had a couple of girls still in high school contact me, but I have always taken a hard pass even though they too swore up and down that they were of legal age. I like young women, but there is something even I find kind of creepy about sleeping with a a high school student even if she is of legal age.

AAR be careful out there guys, I'd hate to be reading about one of us some day.

Lastly, the links all include the guys real name making it against TER rules to post the link directly

He paid "$1000 to two for a threesome."  Not sure if they each got $1000 or $500.   Still pretty good money.  Not sure why they turned him in.  Greedy chicks.

Evidently they did not turn him in. According to "The Daily Beast" article:
"Authorities say they were first tipped off to (his) illegal activities last May, when a 17-year-old told the Fairfax County Police that an adult male was “paying multiple high school girls for sex” and that her friend was one of his victims."  If the contents of the article were even close to true, this guy was acting like a real idiot, I'm surprised he got away with it as long as he did.

...That they can break the law with no consequences, because "Hey, I know how to game the system!"

When I googled GaGa's suggested search terms, I got a different story at the top of my results about a VA Attorney who was indicted for trying to exhort $200 million from a products company to avoid expensive liability exposure and subsequent lawsuits.  He told them something like "give me money now, or pay a lot more to defend yourself."  In reply, the company called the FBI.

Now just try to google 'attorney arrested in USA.' Grab a fresh cupa' jo and have fun reading.

The real lesson here is simple - and it has nothing to do with whether or not the dipshit in the schoolgirl story will get convicted or go to jail:

Lesson: Just being investigated and arrested will (probably) ruin your career and life, no matter the final court outcome.

He had literally dozens, if not hundreds of legal aged women to choose. And all he had to do was ask for ID before discussing any funding, or better yet, just pass and and look for the obviously legal SB's.

This guy makes us all look bad, and he will bring down additional scrutiny and pressure on the site and it's owners.  Maybe they will pull their heads out of their collective asses and start requiring SB's to submit proof of age before allowing their profile to be viewed. Maybe.

The other story, the extortion story sounds like Avenatti of recent fame.

Avanati is a California based attorney and his downfall was a BIG shoe brad.

The guy in VA was going after a pesticide company.

I can't understand why SA does not insist on proof of age before posting a SBs profile. I know they want to avoid even the appearance of wrongdoing and maintain plausible deniability.  It seems like such an obvious no brainer.  And it would make us all feel more comfortable too, even though I'd still insist on seeing IDs with the young ones anyway. It can't be all that hard to keep underage individuals off SA. Why don't they do it? OK some fake IDs will slip thru but I'd guess most of the casual underage girls would give up trying to get on the site if asked for proof of age.

Damn, scary. Worst part about the whole article was that it of course had to specifically point out SA. The process of finding an SD already takes enough work and don’t exactly need what is still the best site to get that type of publicity.  I’m never one to judge a man for his particular “type”, however if you are going to swim in the very low end age-range of the pool, you would think he would take some precautions and at least attempt to verify ages. While we all have our own choices to make, this is one where the choices you personally make do impact others from the stand point of when you cross that particular line, you bring attention to the entirety of the group, including those that aren’t crossing lines. Agree with what others have said about SA helping but I also can at least understand their side of the why they don’t.

Any guy who is knowingly fucking multiple high school girls knows full well they can't all be 18. Such a person is either incredibly arrogant, (my bet in this case) incredibly stupid (also true, lol) and most likely has a secret desire to get caught.

I don't necessarily stay in one end or the other of the age pool, but I don't mind at all if the girl is "barely legal" I do however take precautions when seeing a girl who I have even the slightest suspicion might be underage. You never know though, I was seeing a tica in Costa Rica many years ago, she was 18 when I first started seeing her, but I met her in a bar. (Blue Marlin) and since she already had a five year old kid I never even dreamed that she was "barely legal" and yes, I did the math, she had a kid at the ripe old age of 13, If I had seen her only a year before I would have been guilty of statutory rape of a woman who already had a four year old kid, go figure. lol

AAR guys, stay safe out there.

...I stick with the K-gals. You always add at least 10 years to their posted age. LOL!

And the same goes for Thai providers, I dated a Thai girl for quite some time and she had literally dozens of friends for whom she did their horoscopes. Every girl who advertised as being between 22-25 was at least thirty and every girl who advertised as 26-30 was over 40, NONE of them listed themselves as over 30. lol The only girl who was under 30 advertised as 21 and I think she was 28 or so.

This is hardly a scientific survey, but I was privvy to the actual birthdates of at least 30 of her friends.

Back to SB's. yes, I see a lot of SB's under 20 years of age, too be honest with you I prefer early/mid twenties, but I am NOT going to throw an 18 year old college cutie out of bed. AFTER verifying that she actually is 18 or older of course. lol

Add the word "underage" to  the search and you will get the story.

Since we're talking about avoiding trouble with underage girls, and the obvious smart practice is to check their IDs if there's any doubt, what about fake ID's?  To the best of my knowledge I've never seen a fake ID.  But would I recognize one if I did?  Have you guys run into that problem?

but in all fairness the ones I have seen were way back in the 70's when me and my under 21 friends used to have one. Since I am not in the bar business, or any other business that has the occasion to be checking ID's I am in the same boat as you, I have no idea if I would recognize a fake if I were to see one.

That is just one of the many reasons I would never feel comfortable fucking a girl still in high school. I think if you are seeing a college coed, even if she turns out to be underage, but with a fake ID would give you enough plausible deniability to keep you out of the slammer. OTOH I can't imagine standing in front of a judge or jury trying to explain to them why I thought the high school girl I was fucking was of legal age.

When I was 18, back in the late 70's, I decided I needed a fake ID to get me access to, well, everything.

I knew people in my high school who were pretty good artists that were doing a side business selling credible fakes. But I thought of an even better way to get mine. I went to the local DMV office and told them I was my 21-year old brother and claimed I'd lost my license.  Now this was well before the digital age, so techniques like electronic signatures, digitally saved photos, or real-time thumb print matching didn't exist.

The DMV clerk handed me a form to request a replacement ID. I filled it out, using all of my brother's info including his SSN.   I was a bit nervous when they asked for a thumbprint, but figured they'd never really check. Still, I used my left thumb knowing my brother (and I) was right-handed. Next, I paid the fee and lined up for my new license pic.

A few weeks later, my new, California GOVERNMENT ISSUED FAKE license arrived. I had to volunteer to get the mail everyday for a month to make sure my brother didn't see the envelope.

Mission accomplished!  But...

As it turned out, I only needed to use it once when I travelled to Canada with some friends and we wanted to get a beer.  I guess I looked fairly mature during my late teen years because I was never carded in any bars I went to for the next three years.

Don't think this will work today... the tech for spotting fraudulent paperwork has come a long way.
