You are assuming that lots of negotiating is required to get a SB to agree on a price we'd consider a bargain. And that bargain priced SBs are necessarily going to be lower in quality. You asked us an "either or" type of question and the three of us ALL rejected your premise that you can either find "value" or "quality" but not both.
In some markets. SWFL might be one, I know NYC would be another, $350 to meet a hottie for a few hours would indeed be quite the bargain. In other markets, it could be seen as overpaying. I am talking about DC and immediate surrounding areas (the affluent areas), not Baltimore or areas in MD and VA that are in the boondocks.
