I've had a up and down thing going with a 24 yr old SB for a couple of months. And while the BCD was definitely above average, I've had to deal with her flaking and trying to leverage for more. Another thing has been that it's always been to her schedule. As in...she expects me to be on call when she needs a meet, but never available when I would like to meet. This past week she had asked to meet this past Saturday. And with her no show ratio, I always reconfirm day of...
So she says " yes, definitely coming." Then asks for a certain drink and a couple other things.  So, I go out and get the things she asked for...
Skip to the point....she no shows, and ghosts on my texts. So, I've taken Gaga's stance, and cut bait. With my very limited experience in the sugar bowl, this tastes more like salt. I don't know if I have the patience to put up with the unreliability factor.

Poor behavior must be punished - negative and positive reinforcement work. (Behavioral Sciences 101 - Thank you Cal State University!).
.
You did and are doing the right thing. I'd keep her on ice for a while, at least 2-4 weeks.
My prediction: She will probably start messaging back at some point and will go through the following progression:
1. Apologies, ask for forgiveness.
2. Promises to "make it up to you."  (but she won't)
3. Claiming to not understand why you are so upset or claiming you are overreacting
4. Ghosting you - an attempt to give you your own "silent treatment" medicine...
5. After some time (maybe a month or more), an innocent inquiry like "Hey, how are you? I miss you..."
.
Then you own her.   Meanwhile you have been banging various college babes and enjoying life, because...
.
Life is good.

A no-show without some semi-plausible excuse is a deal breaker.  I'm very tolerant of cancelled plans because I know life happens (even if they are lying their asses off.)

But an unexplained no-show is a signal of how much respect they have for you -- zero.  Just move on.

In this instance....I got an " I fell asleep" excuse. Plausible...if her Facebook messenger hadn't shown her online about the time she was supposed to be arriving. That and her not responding to two texts from me....the first two hours before meet time, the second about 15 minutes after she should have arrived. Although we had texted frequently throughout the day. This no show put her back to 50% of the time flaking. I could have...made an appointment with a pro, hung out with friends, sat on my ass and relaxed....many things. I wasted time and money preparing for the get together. And working around her availability pushed the evening too late for a plan B, and the irritation at her bullshit made a relaxing evening a little tough as well. I won't be resuming with her...period. Even if it were free....the aggravation is too costly.
