I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I have barely been impacted by FOSTA/SESTA at all, except of course not being able to post 24/7 here on TER because of a lack of people to talk to. In a way I guess I was lucky to have moved to "Pussy Siberia" at least where it comes to TER reviewed providers a good two years before FOSTA/SESTA and figured out how to make the most of it long before the rest of you were forced to look for new options too. I've still got P 411 and I still have SA and between the two I haven't skipped a beat pussywise since FOSTA/SESTA was enacted

but it certainly isn't slowing down. Personally, I haven't noticed a huge difference yet, although I have noticed a slight uptick in the number of hookers on the Sugar sites. I know a lot of guys pontificate about what a "bad" thing that is, but personally I LIKE hookers and I don't mind at all having hookers on the site as long as they aren't too "in your face" about it, and that is only because I don't want a bunch of displaced hookers and johns fucking up a good thing for the rest of us who respect the rules of the sugar game.
are more like SBs than hookers in that they have no web sites or even a web presence. They are gals I met through MPs, and in most cases they are retired from that life. Others I met as friends of other escorts who got together with me for a 3-some, or some similar thing. Others are mostly retired except still see guys they new before who are still interested in them.
There is a continuum between these gals and the full time escorts, and who is to say where to draw the line?
I would say we break the rules with due discretion.

I’ve been laying low, enjoying the company of one SB. She occasionally flakes on me, but I usually see it coming so I just ignore it. She tends to make up for the next time we get together. Dates with her are usually 4-5 hours with most of that spent in bed, or the occasional sleep over with a round in the morning.
So here it is a week later and waiting for a report of your vicarious adventures...but nada.

So where to begin... here’s the high level outline. I’ll post expanded reports based on your feedback/requests.
1. Cleaned house and dropped all SB’s in my active rotation, except my #1. I just wanted to start fresh.
2. Refreshed my profile and re-activated all my visibility settings.
3. Flooded by favorites, got several initial (mostly one-word or one sentence) messages. Sent out several 1st messages (against my standard policy). Received many POT engagements. Most leads died out.
4. Set up a solid week of 5 back to to back M&G’s. I ended up with 2 actual local meets that I didn’t pursue.
5. Two more M&G’s set up for this week while I’m on travel in San Jose. Tomorrow, 24 year old AA. Thursday, 21 year old Asian. I’ll keep my expectations low and see what happens.
Notes collected along the way:
1. SA dropped a key search filter: the text/key word search. Don’t know why, assume it’s part of the defense against FOSTA/SETSA but it totally pisses me off as it’s much harder to find a specific profile (based on profile name or key word like wine or dancer, etc.).
2. Looks like the influx of additional (semi- or total) pros has hit the Los Angeles market. Lot’s of 1st messages or message replies giving off a P4P asking for high-allowances without a public M&G first.
3. Higher than normal engagement from “locals” who are not local. Lying about location results in rejection by me. I’m not tolerating a POT who I lives an hour + from me.
4. Higher than normal number of stolen IG pics and recycled pics from old profiles (that I clearly remember pasing on in the past). So easy to check these. Makes me wonder if there’s a group of agents/pimps creating/editing managing the profiles.
5. More pro/pimp-like behavior. Notice that about 75% of new profiles are either turned off, shut down or block me once we exchange text/cell numbers. Not sure why and haven’t asked - yet.

You can hack a search by adding "q=textyouwant&" into the long string of &blah=x&blah=y&etc when you are doing a filtered search.
So, for example, if the URL starts with "...search?city=Hartford&...", edit it to be "...search?q=Susan&city=Hartford&..." (insert the q=text& after the ? and before the next search keyword).
May not last forever, but still works at the moment ...

Thank you for this! I'm in Socal these days and can vouch for what herbt says--SA is inundated w out of the norm looking profiles since FOSTA --the blocked after text numbers are exchanged thing, lots more very generic or "here for two days" kinds of stuff). So the text search is needed more than ever. I hate their confusing (for the women especially) tags SA slapped on there.
I've now used this hack successfully, so thanks again for the tip.

Also, your idea prompted me to try tweaking other filters in the search string, like distance (radius in the string).

I was always somewhat annoyed that the filter went form 0 miles, to 10, to 25 and the 50, etc. My default is 10 miles because 25 miles in Los Angeles can translate to a 60+ minute drive. Bu 10 miles left out POT's who were still close enough to me to be viable. I tweaked the "radius" value to 15 and it works.

I just got back on SA after deactivating my profile for a few months. Think I met my unicorn, but just wanted to see what was still out there - lol.
Surprisingly, I'm not seeing an real influx of pros/semi-pros in the Phoenix area...maybe my search parameters are eliminating some, but don't think so. Actually, if anything, seeing less...

I'm seeing about 30% increase in pros in the last month. Not that it's a bad thing... but I see it as a bigger risk since I can't look up reviews and they generally won't agree to a public meet & greet first (which is how I can tell she's a pro).

Rates, as we all know are regionally specific and in my area $200 PPM is more the going rate for "semi pro's", so let me substitute that rate in giving my answer, since it sounds to me like the rate is fine with you "if" she shows up looking hot.
I treat POT SB's much differently than hookers where it comes to sending them away on a public date if they aren't up to my standards, I have yet to send a POT SB on her way without going through at least a short date with her regardless if her looks are up to snuff or not, I just don't really have it in me to reject some sweet young kid just because she is homely and be rude about it. Now I am not about to give any of these women a single solitary cent just for showing up and wasting my time, but I am never rude about it, I always at least have a drink or cup of coffee and some conversation with every POT SB I have ever had an M&G with
That said, hookers are a completely different issue with me. If I get a B&S I am not bashful at all about sending her on her way empty handed and quite frankly I don't even offer Uber money. So with that understanding, I might very well let her take the chance on coming to see me, but I would be VERY clear that if I don't agree that she is "beautiful and sexy girl" that I am not even giving her Uber money, if she is still willing to come over knowing full well I might send her away empty handed, yes I might take her up on that offer.
One other thing to keep in mind. I live in Texas, I am well armed, and the courts in Texas are NOT going to prosecute me if she has a pimp that has some kind of delusion about "insisting" i pay her and I end up putting a couple of holes in him. In other parts of the country like CA, their courts seem to get confused over who is the victim and who is the criminal. If you have any liberal friends who are thinking about moving here due to the lower taxes, please do them and us a huge favor and tell them to stay the fuck home. lol
Actually, I just reread your post before hitting send on mine, and even living here in Texas, and even if the ask was only $200, the fact she is refusing to send more pics would probably be too big a red flag for even me to ignore. I take back what I said above about "taking her up" on her offer and I think I too would take a pass on her.
One last thought, have you considered asking her if she has an incall location? I suppose the proper verbiage on SA would be to ask "can you host?" That would make it easier for you to simply walk if it's a B&S and would avoid any drama about having to kick her out of your house if you don't like her looks.

One of the reasons I didn't follow up is that at the same time, I received messages from two petite AA's, 21 and 22 who are local to me and have cars - so probably not "desperate" for cash, but looking for "help" and possibly "fun". This is a sweet spot for the SB's I prefer. I've now met them both... I'll post a new thread with my results.

Why is this my sweet spot? Let's look at the two other architypes (excluding Pros) I have found: GPS whores and dead broke, almost homeless SB's (often including young single mothers).

SB's with GPS (or who stress they want luxury lifestyle crap) are more interested in sucking my wallet than my dick. They put pressure on me to buy them shit they don't need, feel compelled to Snap or IG their gifts and experiences to their hundreds (thousands?) of followers, half of them women who try to compete for attention to be the "top Bitch" or guys who really want to fuck them but have no game and/or no cash. This means I'm always being played for cash, and I assume there are at least 8 or 10 other suckers who are feeding their luxury gluttony as well. I don't want to compete in this space because it is - well lets be honest - stupid expensive (or maybe just stupid). There is a whole world out there of girls who do FinDom for a living and guys who enjoy being their PayPigs. Good for them but that ain't me.

SB's who are desperate do offer a certain amount of negotiating leverage. After all they are desperate! But once you've negotiated and scheduled BCD, get ready for the shitstorm of issues: Car towed, phone disconnected, need to fly to Reno to work at a strip club because (insert reason here - they are all BS), can't pay rent, need an UBER at 2:00 am to get home from visiting their "Mom" (yeah right!), etc., etc. Often these issues pop up right before BCD and threaten to prevent her from meeting you. Often, your offer to help her by doing anything other than just giving her cash (through Western Union, CA$H, Snappay, etc.) won't be acceptable. I had one ask me for airfare to Sacremento to see her mom on Mothers' day and to work a local club! I asked her for day and time info for her flight and then found a cheap flight I can book using my loyalty relationship. She refused with some BS reason, but I'm sure it came down to two things: she didn't want to give me her real name that matches her ID (needed to fly) and she wasn't going to Sacremento. So with these SB's the allowance you negotiate is never really the allowance she wants. Oddly, although the means and rationale are different, the end effect is about the same as the GPS SB.

As to sugaring in Texas. I'm not there often enough to try to set up a rotation there. And in the city I visit most, I already have local connections for some choice pro's and a rather accommodating local adult business where I can be happy.

Finally, and this is where you and I most widely differ, GaG, I almost always require a public M&G first. It helps me weed out the two types above and let's me observe a few key behaviors early, like timeliness, personal grooming, interaction skills, and honesty (or at least consistency with her "profile" story).
