I've been chatting with a POT who's very pretty (TER 8 maybe?), early 30s, and employed with an actual day job. She can cover her own bills fine, she just doesn't feel as if she's getting ahead. So, being an MBA, she took a look at SA as a business, figured out what revenue she needed to meet her goals, took a clear eyed look at the risks and opportunities, figured out how much time she was willing to spend at it, and put a profile up, with a minimal ask and a well-written description of what she was looking for.
My head says that I’d probably be getting the better end of that deal to be honest. My experience has generally been that these women aren’t as on top of things as this one appears to be. I’m gonna meet her at the least.
If you actually do hire her, NEVER fuck her. Ever. . That's just setting you up for a massive settlement when she files her lawsuit. When, not IF. And she will file. . And now you ask: Lawsuit? What lawsuit? . Well, that's the second chapter in her business plan... she didn't put that part on her profile, did she? . Here's how it will work: 1. You meet her, you fuck. 2. You hire her, and you fuck some more. 3. Her perfomance is marginal or even poor becuase she's knows she owns your dick so why bother performing well at work? 4. You address her poor performance and either fire her, don't promote her, don't give her a raise, or take some other potentially adverse action (like reassigning her or not putting her on the high-value project). 5. She files suit for sexual harrassment, claiming that you punished her for fucking her/not fucking her/stopping fucking her/requirieng her to fuck some one else, etc. It really doesn't matter what she claims as you are compromised for initally fucking an employee or a potential employee. 6. You lose. You lose it all. 7. Settlement gets paid to her, you get fired from your company, you file for bankruptancy, and 8. She now has fast tracked her way to the funding she wanted to get.
Interesting that she has thought it out so well. Reminds me of a *really* hot pro in Atlanta who worked 3-4 days a week for 2-3 years while she was engaged. Invested well and accumulated a big bunch of money to buy a house and car and have a big safety net. She told him that a relative had helped her. Poor bastard. LOL
I agree, but my comments are no less on point. As far as I know, other than GaGa who (I assume owns his own small company and) seems to be able to ensure he stays out of hot water/court, it's just a bad idea to think about adding possible employment into the mix of sugar a SD offers a SB. . Relationship risks from sugaring aside, do you really want to also risk losing that 6- or 7-figure salary and career over a self-inflicted incident like I describe? . I have only shared my sugar life with one co-worker I completely trusted when he had been dumped by his wife and was looking to get back in the saddle quickly. That ended up rather poorly when I had a M&G with a hot 30-ish MILF who I found was also dating him! But not until after I had dropped a huge load of... ahem!... "sugar" all over her face. Awkward!
I employ about 50 people. Yes I’ve had a couple SB’s I’ve fantasized about having work with me. But that’s where I leave it as a fantasy. Herbcat is correct in his cronologic forecast of what would happen. Just not worth it.
I’m in complete agreement with Herbtcat’s take on it and the other comments. That hire or fuck question was definitely an exclusive or - both is palpably not an option.
Part of the fun of meeting this woman is the clear eyed take on what she wanted and the fact that she isn’t greedy. Or childish. That’s appealing. In any case, I mostly consult these days so it’s unlikely that I’d hire her. So I think this question is going to be resolved in the other direction this weekend.

I can't tell you the number of civvie job candidates I have to politely sit through an interview with only to turn them down because my wife would be 100% certain Id be trying to bang them within a month of hire (even though I know much, much better than to open myself up for such a shit storm)
We've had past posts here about POT SB "closing rates" where we try to figure out the percent of 1st message or M&G's that convert to BCD. Most of us cited a rate somewhere between 60-80%. As I (almost) always insist on a M&G, it's much closer to 80% for me. . But in my professional world, I've hired hundreds of staff and managers to be on my team. During the best hiring periods I still had to wade through up to 100 resumes to get a short list of 5 candidates for interviews. And that usually yields one new hire. So that's a 1% ratio of totall applicants and a 20% close rate from interviews. . Not only that, but the time frame to hire can take weeks and soemtimes months, while most of us report "profile read to BCD" time on SA (did I just define a new meaurement: P2BCD?) as a few days or even same day.
