As seeing multiples a week, meds are important.  Hell, important if not.

I take the minimum dose that does the job.  Otherwise I get really nasty headaches from viagra.  I think I'm around 35-40mg.  100mg would knock me on my ass and putme out of commission for the day.

Buck, I do nearly the same as you.  I take 5mg Cialis daily.  But on Game days I take 10mg 2 hours before showtime plus 80mg of Viagra 1 hr before showtime.  The combination works great for me with no side effects worth noting.

I am on a new med and can't take cialis. it sucks.

I keep a very healthy diet and workout daily.  It's kept me off the pills.  I'm not fit, but I feel better when being healthier.

I also believe in this.  I have 50 mg of Viagra for 'insurance' and sometimes I cut that in half.
But I think overall cardiovascular health makes this unneeded. And I often do fine when I forget to take take a pill. I'm good 90-95 percent of the time.  However, I think I usually need 2-3 days rest between dates and not sure how I would do if I fucked more often. I frankly am fine with the intervals.. so far haven't had gals ask for more.

It worked great for me until 55 to 60. Was cycling 135 miles a week. But then surgeries and some autoimmune issues cut in. I went from a 3 pop machine to happy for  one. I try different stuff. I think rotating around helps. Keeps the body on edge.  😆

I buy 20 mg chewable tablets of Tadalafil, then I cut them into thirds or half’s. I normally take a third, but when I want a missile I go with a half. I guess at 66 I’m lucky that suffices. I get them cheap from Mark Cuban’s Cost plus Drugs.

One of my doctors (not a urologist) told me he drinks beet juice as an ED remedy. I can't stand the stuff but I've taken some beetroot capsules. There's no hard evidence (!sorry!) that these or any supplements do much but they might help and probably won't hurt.
FYI.. RFK Jr. recommends fish oil and vitamin D to boost testosterone... limited evidence on this too.

Pop those 72 hour gas station pills and honey packs.

Honestly, no side effects.
