Red flag there.  Almost always means she's an escort, not an SB.  It sounds like she has a fee structure built in.  With add ons as you are horny for more $.  So not looking for an ongoing arrangement, just more clients.

I rarely agree to meet for BCD without a M&G first, usually set up without a BCD date scheduled yet. During the M&G I will ask/discuss, among other things, what her sexual comfort level is what her limits are for various activities. I tell her I love oral, giving and getting. If her response is less than enthusiastic, I dig a bit deeper to see why.    

 
I recall a M&G several years ago with an early 30's Asian Real Estate agent. This is why careful vetting and a separate day M&G is essential to establish what you are both looking for and to avoid disappointments. Communication about sexual expectations during the M&G or prior to BCD, as Herb has pointed out, is the key to avoiding this situation in the future. While it's not foolproof and you may still get a bum steer, at least you'll have mitigated your failure rate and increased your success rate in finding a compatible SB.
